    摘要: A trailer system for radiation imaging, comprising a trailer including a frame, a plurality of guide wheels and connecting hooks, and anchoring devices, the frame comprises an intermediate section in the form of a H-shaped frame beam, a left frame bed and a right frame bed are connected to hinge shafts provided on four corner portions of the H-shaped frame beam, a positioning recess is provided centrally in an upper surface of each left and right frame beds, a wheel-catching means is provided at a rear end of each positioning recess, an upslope and a downslope daises are provided on a front end and a rear end of each of the left and the right frame beds, a support plate is provided at an outside end of each of the left and right frame beds, and a striking block is provided centrally at an outside of each support plate. The present invention requires low installation accuracy of the rails, and employs simultaneously moveable upslope and downslope daises convenient for mounting and using, thus increasing reliability, stability and practicability of the trailer.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a pulling device for a container inspection system including a pulling vehicle (1) arranged inside an inspection passage, a winch (5) and wire tension mechanisms (6,6′). Front and rear ends of the pulling vehicle are connected to a wire rope so as to drive the pulling vehicle to move back and forth inside the inspection passage. The wire rope connected to front and rear ends of the pulling vehicle is wound around a wire tension mechanism arranged at front and rear ends of the inspection passage and is turned around by a swerving pulley (2) which is positioned at the same horizontal plane as that of the wire rope, the pulling vehicle, and the wire tension mechanisms, then the wire rope passes through the vertical pulley block, and finally it is connected to a single winding drum (4) of the winch (5) and wound around the single winding drum (4) respectively. Compared with the prior arts, the present invention is advantageous in reduction in equipment investment and decrease in area occupied by the pulling device. Further, the inspection operation can be carried out more reliably and safely.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a reversible plate positioning device for a stationary radiation imaging trailer system, comprising a left platform (7-1) and a right platform (7-2) that can be connected with a trailing part (4) of a trailer frame and ground locking part (12), the left platform (7-1) and right platform (7-2) provided with slopes (1) for the uploading of a vehicle to be detected respectively at the front ends and with positioning recesses (9) at the middle of an upper surface, each positioning recess (9) being provided with a wheel-locking device (2), wherein, each wheel-locking device (2) comprises of a pivotable crank plate (10) that is hinged to the positioning recess (9) and can rotates about the pivot axis thereof, a chain (15) connected with the crank plate (10), a pull-rod (14) connected with the chain (15), and a fixing sleeve (6) corresponding to the pull-rod (14), in which a spring (13) is provided in the fixing sleeve (6), and when the vehicle to be detected is located in the positioning recesses (9), each crank plate (10) rotates around the pivot axis thereof under the elastic force of the spring (13) so that the crank plate (10) is tilted at the front of each positioning recesses (9), and thus the wheels are locked in the positioning recesses (9), a carrier rod (5) biasing the spring (13) is respectively provided at the end of each fixing sleeves (6), when the trailer is arrived, the carrier rods (5) bias the springs (13) under external force, so that each crank plates (10) slacks under the function of the pull-rod (14). By the aforementioned device, the vehicle to be detected can be stably driven out of the trailer platforms, avoiding the impact to the vehicle to be detected and the trailer during downloading.

    摘要: A double-radiant-source framework used for a container detecting system, which belongs to the technical field of radiation detection, having a horizontal accelerator, a vertical accelerator and a gantry tower composed of a left vertical girder, a right vertical girder, an upper cross girder, and a lower cross girder. A horizontal collimator and a vertical collimator are disposed in front of the frontal face each of the horizontal accelerator and the vertical accelerator. The horizontal collimator and the vertical collimator are fixed on the left vertical girder and the upper cross girder of the gantry tower, respectively. The radiation beams defined by the horizontal collimator and the vertical collimator are two planes oriented parallel to each other. A double-detector arm is disposed inside the right vertical girder of the gantry tower, and detector modules are disposed inside the double-detector arm for receiving the two different planes of radiation beams defined by and emitted from the horizontal collimator and the vertical collimator. Detector modules are disposed inside the upper cross girder and the lower cross girder respectively for receiving separately radiation beams defined by and emitted from the horizontal collimator and the vertical collimator. The container detecting system can reduce the area covered by the scanning channel of the system, and make the transportation, installation and use convenient, and improve the quality of the detected images.

    摘要: A relocatable container inspection device, which is constituted by modularized units, is used for inspecting a container. The device comprises: a first cabin unit including a radiation source for generating a beam of penetration radiation for penetrating the container to be inspected; a second cabin unit including detectors for detecting the beam of penetration radiation penetrating through the container being inspected and producing corresponding radiographic signals, the second cabin unit and the first cabin unit being arranged oppositely in both sides of an inspection passage; a gantry unit bridging the first cabin unit and the second cabin unit to form a portal-shaped frame adapted for straddling the container being inspected; means for moving the frame relative to the container being inspected along the inspection passage, so that the detectors receive the beam of the penetration radiation generated from the radiation resource and passing through the container being inspected, thereby continuously scanning the container and producing the corresponding radiographic signals, wherein the first cabin unit, the second cabin unit and the gantry unit are all individually made as modular units so as to be quickly and easily assembled and disassembled with each other on the inspection site. In the present invention, all of the modularized units of the container inspection device can be easily assembled and disassembled in the work field, and the dimensions of each modular unit are sized to be suitable for road transports and to be facilitate for the device's movement.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a pulling device for a container inspection system including a pulling vehicle (1) arranged inside an inspection passage, a winch (5) and wire tension mechanisms (6,6′).
