The method further requires evaluating production process throughput parameters, and comparing the number of units associated with the at least one recipe bucket with the number of units to be operated on by the production process and production process throughput parameters. If the number of units in the recipe bucket matches the number of units to be operated on by the production process and production process throughput parameters, recipe bucket is released to the production process, else the at least one recipe bucket is delayed from being released to the production process.

In this way, the maximum electric field across the gate dielectric is greatly reduced. In additional the use of p-type triple well also reduces junction breakdown in some embodiments. This concept is also valid in the case where the high voltage is negative, in which case the intermediate voltage is also negative.

    摘要： Embodiments of the invention provide a method, system and apparatus for attribute selection for collaborative groupware documents using a multi-dimensional matrix. In an embodiment, an attribute value selection system can include a document database disposed in a groupware system and at least one document stored in the document database. The document can include a multi-dimensional matrix defining valid value combinations for different attributes of the document. Finally, an attribute selection processor can be disposed in the groupware system. The processor can have a configuration to analyze a set of value combinations for different attributes of the at least one document to identify the valid value combinations, and to generate the multi-dimensional matrix. Optionally, the multi-dimensional matrix can be stored in a hidden field for the document.
