摘要: A supercharger-equipped internal combustion engine in the present invention includes a turbo-supercharger (20) which includes, at some point in an intake passage (26), a centrifugal compressor (20b) having an impeller section (20b4) for housing a compressor impeller (20b3). In the supercharger-equipped internal combustion engine, EGR gas and blow-by gas are introduced into an intake system in such a way as to flow into the centrifugal compressor (20b) via an EGR gas introduction section (40a) and a blow-by gas introduction section (48a). The supercharger-equipped internal combustion engine further includes a partition wall (52) which guides the EGR gas and the blow-by gas toward the centrifugal compressor (20b) so that the EGR gas and the blow-by gas are not mixed with each other until the EGR gas and the blow-by gas enter into the impeller section (20b4).

摘要: A compressor has a hub-side wall of a hub-side wall plate, a shroud-side wall that faces the hub-side wall and forms a diffuser path between the shroud-side wall and the hub-side wall, vanes that protrude from the hub-side wall plate into the diffuser path, and an actuator capable of changing the distance between the vanes and the shroud-side wall in accordance with a flow rate of air in the diffuser path. Adjacent ones of the adjacent vanes do not overlap with each other when viewed from a center axis of the compressor. When the actuator maximizes the distance between the vanes and the shroud-side wall, the distance between the vanes and the shroud-side wall is smaller than the distance between the hub-side wall and areas of the shroud-side wall that face the vanes.

摘要: When a blow-by gas collides with an outer circumferential wall of a tubular member, part of oil mist in the collision gas is liquefied (an oil droplet). The oil droplet takes in the oil mist in the blow-by gas which flows into an intake pipe in succession, and moves on the outer circumferential wall of the tubular member in accordance with a flow of an intake gas and the gravity while keeping a liquefied state. The oil droplet flows in from an inlet section while keeping the liquefied state, and uniformly flows into a surface of an impeller to be discharged to a scroll side. A surface of a diffuser is washed uniformly by the oil droplet keeping the liquefied state, and generation or accumulation of the deposit on the surface can be restrained.

摘要: A supercharged internal combustion engine of the present invention is provided with a turbocharger (18) having a compressor (18b) in an air intake passage (24), a communication passage (52) connected between an upstream-side portion of the air intake passage (24) on the upstream side of a compressor impeller (18b3) and an internal space (90) of the internal combustion engine (10), and an oil supply apparatus (96, 98, 100) that supplies oil to an internal passage in the compressor (18) through which intake air flows. When a deposit buildup operation condition under which there is a concern of a buildup of a deposit in the compressor (18) is met, the oil supply apparatus (96, 98, 100) increases the amount of oil supplied to the internal passage compared with the amount of oil supplied when the deposit buildup operation condition is not met.

摘要: A compressor includes plural first vanes provided on a shroud side of a diffuser path, and plural second vanes provided on positions of a hub side opposed to the first vanes. The compressor also includes a slide vane mechanism that projects the second vanes into and draws in the second vanes from the diffuser path via the slits of the hub side wall part plate according to a load of the compressor. When the slide vane mechanism projects the second vanes into the diffuser path, end faces of the first vanes and end faces of the second vanes are opposed to each other at the vicinity of the center of the diffuser path.
