    摘要: A glass-shaping mold includes a steel base member, and a crystallized, machined layer, an intermediate layer and a mold-releasing layer which are sequentially formed on the base member. The machined layer is a layer of nickel alloy containing phosphorus. The intermediate layer is a layer formed of chromium, nickel, copper or cobalt. Alternatively, the intermediate layer is a layer of an alloy layer containing at least one of these elements. The mold-releasing layer is a layer of an alloy containing iridium and rhenium.

    摘要: The power source apparatus has sealing material 15 with flexible projections 44 extending in the lengthwise direction and intervening between cover-attachment-surfaces 4a on a base-plate 4 and base-attachment-surfaces 8a on a cover-plate 5. Ends of the cover-plate 5 are provided with hood segments 8b that extend from the base-attachment-surfaces 8a in a direction approximately perpendicular to the attachment-surfaces and cover the sides of the sealing material 15 and cover-attachment-surfaces 4a. In addition, sealing pieces 16 are provided between the cover-plate 5 and the sealing material 15 in a manner that extends continuously from the base-attachment-surface 8a to the hood segment 8b. With sealing material 15 intervening between cover-attachment-surfaces 4a and base-attachment-surfaces 8a, base-plate 4 and cover-plate 5 attachment-surfaces are sealed together with the sealing pieces 16 compressed on top of the flexible projections 44.

In this process, a combination of a solid product (II) with an organoaluminum compound is used as a polymerization catalyst. This solid product is prepared by first reacting a trivalent metal halide with a divalent metal compound to form a solid product (I), which is then reacted with a halogen-containing transition metal compound and a halogen-free transition metal compound in the presence of a polysiloxane.

    摘要: There is provided a melt supply pipe comprising a melt supply pipe body composed of an inner ceramic pipe and an outer steel pipe, the outer steel pipe having a Ni alloy layer formed over the inner circumferential surface, and TiC particles attached to the surface of the Ni alloy layer, wherein grooves are formed at both ends of the melt supply pipe body, each groove forming an annular space overlapping the boundary between the outer circumferential surface of the inner ceramic pipe and the inner circumferential surface of the outer steel pipe, and a fibrous sheet of an inorganic material is inserted into each of the annular grooves such that the sheet extends over the entire circumference of the groove. The melt supply pipe is strong to mechanical impact owing to the use of the steel pipe in combination with the ceramic pipe and can prevent intrusion of an aluminum melt despite the difference in thermal expansion between the steel pipe and the ceramic pipe.
