In one example, a vehicle system may include a controller with instructions stored in a first memory unit and when executed by a first processing unit cause the controller to write mechanical vehicle component operating data to a shared memory unit. The controller further includes instructions stored in a second memory unit that when executed by a second processing unit cause the controller to read the mechanical vehicle component operating data to determine data validity.

摘要: A power module apparatus includes a power module having a package configured to seal a perimeter of a semiconductor device, and a heat radiator bonded to one surface of the package; a cooling device having a coolant passage through which coolant water flows, in which the heat radiator is attached to an opening provided on a way of the coolant passage, wherein the heat radiator of the power module is attached to the opening of the cooling device so that a height (ha) and a height (hb) are substantially identical to each other. The power module in which the heat radiator is attached to the opening formed at the upper surface portion of the cooling device can also be efficiently cooled, and thereby it becomes possible to reduce degradation due to overheating.

摘要: A mobile application includes a breaker/relay that includes a plurality of fixed contacts electrically coupled to a power bus, a plurality of corresponding moveable contacts that are selectively electrically coupled to the plurality of fixed contacts, allowing power flow through the power bus when electrically coupled to the fixed contacts and preventing power flow when not electrically coupled, an armature operationally coupled to at least one of the moveable contacts, such that the armature prevents electrical coupling between the at least one of the moveable contacts and the corresponding one of the fixed contacts when in a first position and allows electrical coupling when in a second position, a first biasing member biasing the armature into the first position or the second position; and an arc suppression assembly structured to guide and disperse an opening arc between each of the plurality of moveable contacts and the corresponding fixed contacts.

摘要: A method detects unintended acceleration of a motor vehicle during a closed-loop speed control mode by determining external forces on the vehicle via a controller, and then calculating a desired acceleration using a measured vehicle speed and the external forces. The method includes determining an actual acceleration of the vehicle, including filtering a speed signal as a first actual acceleration value and/or measuring a second actual acceleration value using an inertial measurement unit (IMU). During the speed control mode, the method includes calculating an acceleration delta value as a difference between the desired acceleration and the actual acceleration, and then using the acceleration delta value to detect the unintended acceleration during the speed control mode. A powertrain system for the motor vehicle, e.g., an electric vehicle, includes the controller and one or more torque generating devices coupled to road wheels of the vehicle.

摘要: A driving control method of a hybrid vehicle is provided. The method includes when a specific zone related to discharge of exhaust gas is detected ahead on a path, determining whether a current state of charge (SoC) of a battery is greater than a first value. When the current SoC is greater than the first value, driving in a first mode for charging the battery in power of an engine in a first section disposed before entrance into the specific zone. Upon entering a second section corresponding to the specific zone, a current mode into a second mode for driving using power of a motor only is converted, battery consumption is reduced using at least one step along with a change in the current SoC in the second section.

摘要: To provide a vehicle illumination device that achieves good design and that appropriately emits light in a sequence of operations for charging. A vehicle illumination device 1 includes: first light emitting portions 21a and 21b disposed in the vicinity of a boundary portion 4 between a body 2 and a lid 14 via notched portions 18a and 18b formed at upper and lower edges of the lid 14; and second light emitting portions 22a and 22b disposed inside the lid 14. When the lid 14 is unlocked in operation to unlock the lid 14, the first light emitting portions 21a and 21b are turned on. When the lid 14 is depressed in operation to open the lid 14, the first light emitting portions 21a and 21b are turned off. When the lid 14 is opened, the second light emitting portions 22a and 22b are turned on to illuminate power supply ports 11 and 12.
