Abstract:
An object of the present invention is to offer a component suction head for electronic component mounting machines which is capable of securely holding electronic components by suction and smoothly mounting them on printed wiring boards without dislocation. To achieve the objective, the component suction head of the present invention comprises the following. A suction nozzle unit 24 has a suction face 33 at the center of its tip, for holding electronic component 10, and a through hole 27 formed at its center which leads to the suction face 33. The back end of the through hole 27 is connected to a vacuum generator. An elastic ring 32 is fitted and fixed around the through hole 27 to the tip of the suction nozzle unit 24, slightly protruding from the suction face 33. An ejector pin 28, which can protrude from the suction face 33 for a specified length, forms an intake passage 38 from the tip to the through hole 27, and is fitted to the through hole 27 in sliding fashion. A spring means 31 supports the tip of the ejector pin 28 to protrude from the suction face 33.
Abstract:
A buffer member is installed so as not to rotate around an axis relative to a vacuum rod. An engaging part is provided at one end of the buffer member, and an engaging part to be engaged with the engaging part is provided at a rear end of a nozzle member. The nozzle member is prevented from rotating around the axis through the engagement of the engaging parts.
Abstract:
Disclosed are novel biomarkers and methods related to diagnostic tests for the detection and characterization of inflammatory bowel diseases, such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. In particular, the instant invention relates to novel biomarkers and methods of using such biomarkers to predict disease behavior and severity, to differentiate among disease types, and to optimize selection of treatment options in individuals suspected of having an inflammatory bowel disease.

Abstract:
In an electronic component transfer method and apparatus, an electronic component is placed on a suctional top surface of a suction nozzle brought into a protruded posture relative to a component fixing block while the electronic component is drawn by suction by a transfer nozzle which is movable up and down, the electronic component placed on the component fixing block is pressed from above with the transfer nozzle so that the electronic component is sandwiched between the transfer nozzle and the suction nozzle, a position of the suction nozzle is fixed by the suction nozzle fixing stopper, and, in this state, the electronic component is held on the component fixing block by the holding members.
