摘要: In an electronic component transfer method and apparatus, an electronic component is placed on a suctional top surface of a suction nozzle brought into a protruded posture relative to a component fixing block while the electronic component is drawn by suction by a transfer nozzle which is movable up and down, the electronic component placed on the component fixing block is pressed from above with the transfer nozzle so that the electronic component is sandwiched between the transfer nozzle and the suction nozzle, a position of the suction nozzle is fixed by the suction nozzle fixing stopper, and, in this state, the electronic component is held on the component fixing block by the holding members.

摘要: A method of and apparatus for feeding electronic components are provided in which a group of electronic components joined to each other and stored in a stick are separated from each other before being supplied, regardless of the configuration at the joining ends of the electronic components as well as the presence of burrs developed during a molding process of the electronic components. In particular, a separating unit (6) comprises a step (20) which is dropped in level at the front end of a tilted chute (4) for receiving the forefront electronic component (2) and an arm (22) for holding down the succeeding electronic component (2) from above and causing the same to move backward along the tilted chute (4).

摘要: The apparatus comprises a reciprocal blade (30) having edges (31, 32) respectively set at a side of a forward end and at a side of a return end of reciprocation, and fixed blades (33, 34) having edges respectively set at the side of the forward end and the return end to cooperate with the edges at the forward end and the return end of the reciprocal blade. The reciprocal blade and the fixed blades cooperate with one another to cut a carrier tape with a shearing force. Partitioned carrier tape storage parts (37, 38) are disposed below respective shear parts formed between the edge at the forward end of the reciprocal blade and the corresponding edge of a fixed blade, and between the edge at the return end of the reciprocal blade and the corresponding edge of a fixed blade. When an emptied carrier tape (23), after a component is removed therefrom, is cut by the edge at the forward end or at the return end of the reciprocal blade and the edge of the fixed blade at the same side as the cutting edge of the reciprocal blade, the cut carrier tape is sorted and collected in the carrier tape storage parts in accordance with a kind of the carrier tape. The carrier tape can hence be sorted and collected for every kind thereof simply by changing a drive direction of the reciprocal blade in accordance with the kind of the carrier tape.

摘要: A holding head includes an axially driveable shaft having a nozzle at one end of the shaft for holding a component, a motor for driving the shaft in an axial direction in response to power supplied to the motor, and a detecting device for detecting movement of the shall in the axial direction. A method of operating the component holding head comprises using the detecting device to detect movement of the shaft in the axial direction resulting from the shaft being driven by the motor, and controlling power supplied to the motor in response to the movement of the shaft as detected by the detecting device such that the distance that the shaft is driven by the motor in the axial direction is controlled.

摘要: According to the present invention, a control device and a circuit board moving device controlled in operation by the control device for holding a circuit board are provided, whereby the circuit board moving device is moved to bring a component mount position on the circuit board closest to a recognition device after the circuit board moving device is moved to bring the component mount position closest to a component feed position. In the state, a circuit board mark formed on the circuit board is detected, thereby recognizing a position of the circuit board. A transfer distance for the component by a component hold device from the recognition device to the component mount position is thus shortened, enabling high-speed mounting with higher accuracy.

摘要: A voice coil motor is attached to a shaft, that is installed in a component holding head, to drive the shaft in an axial direction. Also, a detecting device is arranged to detect movement of the shaft. The supply of power to the voice coil motor is controlled on the basis of a detection result of the detecting device, whereby movement of the shaft in the axial direction is controlled. The movement of the shaft in the axial direction is accordingly correctly known.
