    摘要: A lead clamping apparatus clamps and mounts to an electronic circuit board an electronic element having a plurality of leads which are arranged in two rows and are oriented in the same direction. The apparatus includes a plurality of pairs of clamping members arranged in the same direction as the two rows of leads, a support slidable in a direction perpendicular to the direction of pivotal movement of the clamping members to abut against a desired number of the clamping members, whereby allowing the same to perform a clamping action, a drive source for slidingly driving the support, a piston for opening and closing the clamping members through the support, and a pusher slidable in the same direction as the support and for biasing the electronic element to insert the same into the circuit board. Accordingly, it is possible to selectively use the clamping members, of which number corresponds with that of the leads of the electronic element. If there is a sufficient area in an electronic circuit board to receive an electronic element being mounted, the element can be mounted on the board irrespective of other electronic elements having been previously mounted on the board. Programming of production process, and design of electronic circuit boards can be greatly facilitated by the invention.

    摘要: A component lead wire cutting equipment includes upper and lower levers for gripping a pair of lead wires of an electric component extending in the same direction. A driving device moves the levers. A pair of cutter blades are mounted on the levers to spread the pitch of the lead wires to a given size, and to cut off the lead wires. A pair of regulating convex portions regulate the movement of the lead wires along their spreading direction in the position between the cutter blades and the component body. During the cutting operation of the lead wires the component is prevented from being broken or from being inclined in its body.

The transfer rack 15 delivered to the component supply section 8 is positioned by operating an automatic positioning means at the component supply section 8 in a direction in which it is loaded and unloaded and in a direction perpendicular to the direction in which it is loaded and unloaded.

This construction enables it to provide an electronic part adsorbing nozzle which is economical and excellent in durability.

    摘要: The apparatus comprises a reciprocal blade (30) having edges (31, 32) respectively set at a side of a forward end and at a side of a return end of reciprocation, and fixed blades (33, 34) having edges respectively set at the side of the forward end and the return end to cooperate with the edges at the forward end and the return end of the reciprocal blade. When an emptied carrier tape (23), after a component is removed therefrom, is cut by the edge at the forward end or at the return end of the reciprocal blade and the edge of the fixed blade at the same side as the cutting edge of the reciprocal blade, the cut carrier tape is sorted and collected in the carrier tape storage parts in accordance with a kind of the carrier tape. The carrier tape can hence be sorted and collected for every kind thereof simply by changing a drive direction of the reciprocal blade in accordance with the kind of the carrier tape.
