    摘要: A bobbin structure is disclosed. The bobbin structure comprises plural modular bobbin members each connected with each other. Each modular bobbin member comprises a perforation channel, a first baffle disposed on one end of the perforation channel and placed perpendicularly to the perforation channel, and a second baffle disposed on the other end of the perforation channel and placed oppositely to the first baffle. The first baffle has a first connecting member, and the second baffle has a second connecting member. A first winding slot is disposed between the first baffle and the second baffle. The bobbin structure is formed by the engagement between the first connecting member of one modular bobbin member and the second connecting member of another connected one, wherein a second winding slot is formed between two connected modular bobbin members.

    摘要: A current transformer includes a bobbin, a primary winding coil, a conductive pillar, a magnetic core assembly, and a covering member. The bobbin includes a bobbin body and a concave structure. The primary winding coil is wound around the bobbin body. The conductive pillar is partially accommodated within the concave structure. The magnetic core assembly includes a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core. The first magnetic core and the second magnetic core are partially embedded into the channel. The concave structure is partially enclosed by the second magnetic core. The covering member cooperates with the concave structure to shield the conductive pillar. The conductive pillar and the second magnetic core are separated from each other by the covering member, so that a creepage distance between the conductive pillar and the primary winding coil and a creepage distance between the conductive pillar and the magnetic core assembly are increased.

    摘要: An integrated magnetic device disposed on a system circuit board is disclosed. The integrated magnetic device comprises a bobbin, a magnetic core assembly, and a conductive structure. The bobbin has a main body for a primary winding to wind thereon and a channel piercing through the main body. The conductive structure comprises plural conductive units corresponded to each other and a first magnetic device. Each of the conductive units has a hollow portion, a receiving hole, and at least a conductive pin. The first magnetic device is electrically connected to the conductive units by the conducting part thereof piercing through the receiving holes of the conductive units. The conductive units are spaced by the main body of the bobbin, and the hollow portions of the conductive units are corresponded to the channel of the bobbin to receive parts of the magnetic core assembly, so as to assemble the bobbin, the magnetic core assembly and the conductive units as a second magnetic device. The first and second magnetic devices are integrated by the conductive structure and disposed on the system circuit board through the conductive pin of each of the conductive units of the conductive structure.

    摘要: An integrated magnetic device disposed on a system circuit board is disclosed. The integrated magnetic device comprises a first magnetic device and a second magnetic device. The first magnetic device comprises a primary winding having at least a terminal; a secondary winding disposed corresponding to the primary winding, a magnetic core assembly assembled with the primary and secondary windings and partially covered by the primary and secondary windings, and a receiving chamber. The second magnetic device has a central through hole and a plurality of conductive ends. The second magnetic device is received in the receiving chamber of the first magnetic device and electrically connected to the system circuit board via the conductive ends, and the terminal of the primary winding of the first magnetic device pierces through the central through hole of the second magnetic device and electrically connects to the system circuit board.

    摘要: An integrated magnetic device disposed on a system circuit board is disclosed. The integrated magnetic device comprises a bobbin, a magnetic core assembly, and a conductive structure.
