摘要： An integrated magnetic device disposed on a system circuit board is disclosed. The integrated magnetic device comprises a first magnetic device and a second magnetic device. The first magnetic device comprises a primary winding having at least a terminal; a secondary winding disposed corresponding to the primary winding, a magnetic core assembly assembled with the primary and secondary windings and partially covered by the primary and secondary windings, and a receiving chamber. The second magnetic device has a central through hole and a plurality of conductive ends. The second magnetic device is received in the receiving chamber of the first magnetic device and electrically connected to the system circuit board via the conductive ends, and the terminal of the primary winding of the first magnetic device pierces through the central through hole of the second magnetic device and electrically connects to the system circuit board.

摘要： A magnetic assembly includes a magnetic core, a circuit board and multiple conductive elements. The circuit board includes multiple conductive regions. The conductive elements stride over the magnetic core. Each of the conductive elements includes a first terminal, a second terminal and a connecting part. The connecting part is arranged between the first terminal and the second terminal for connecting the first terminal with the second terminal. The first terminal and the second terminal of each conductive element are respectively connected to two adjacent conductive regions. The multiple conductive elements and the multiple conductive regions collectively define multiple loops. The multiple loops interact with the magnetic core to generate inductance.

摘要： An integrated magnetic device disposed on a system circuit board is disclosed. The integrated magnetic device comprises a bobbin, a magnetic core assembly, and a conductive structure. The bobbin has a main body for a primary winding to wind thereon and a channel piercing through the main body. The conductive structure comprises plural conductive units corresponded to each other and a first magnetic device. Each of the conductive units has a hollow portion, a receiving hole, and at least a conductive pin. The first magnetic device is electrically connected to the conductive units by the conducting part thereof piercing through the receiving holes of the conductive units. The conductive units are spaced by the main body of the bobbin, and the hollow portions of the conductive units are corresponded to the channel of the bobbin to receive parts of the magnetic core assembly, so as to assemble the bobbin, the magnetic core assembly and the conductive units as a second magnetic device. The first and second magnetic devices are integrated by the conductive structure and disposed on the system circuit board through the conductive pin of each of the conductive units of the conductive structure.

摘要： An integrated magnetic device disposed on a system circuit board is disclosed. The integrated magnetic device comprises a bobbin, a magnetic core assembly, and a conductive structure. The bobbin has a main body for a primary winding to wind thereon and a channel piercing through the main body. The conductive structure comprises plural conductive units corresponded to each other and a first magnetic device. Each of the conductive units has a hollow portion, a receiving hole, and at least a conductive pin. The first magnetic device is electrically connected to the conductive units by the conducting part thereof piercing through the receiving holes of the conductive units. The conductive units are spaced by the main body of the bobbin, and the hollow portions of the conductive units are corresponded to the channel of the bobbin to receive parts of the magnetic core assembly, so as to assemble the bobbin, the magnetic core assembly and the conductive units as a second magnetic device. The first and second magnetic devices are integrated by the conductive structure and disposed on the system circuit board through the conductive pin of each of the conductive units of the conductive structure.

摘要： A conductive winding module includes a plurality of conductive parts and at least one connecting part. Each conductive part includes a conductive body, a first terminal and a second terminal. The conductive body is interconnected between the first terminal and the second terminal and having a hollow portion therein. The connecting part has a first end and a second end for interconnecting any two adjacent conductive parts. A first connecting line is defined between the first end of the connecting part and the first terminal of an adjacent conductive part. A second connecting line is defined between the second end of the connecting part and the second terminal of an adjacent conductive part. The conductive parts are folded with respect to the first connecting line and the second connecting line such that the first hollow portions of the conductive parts are aligned with each other to define a through-hole.

摘要： A method of manufacturing a transformer is disclosed. First, a first bobbin piece is provided, wherein the first bobbin piece has a first channel therein and a primary winding section. Second, a second bobbin is provided, wherein the second bobbin piece comprises a first secondary side plate, a second secondary side plate opposed to the first secondary side plate, a plurality of partition plates between the first secondary side plate and the second secondary side plate, a wall portion between every two adjacent partition plates, and a secondary base extended from an edge of the first secondary side plate and having a first pin arranged on a bottom surface of the secondary base, wherein a plurality of secondary winding sections are defined by every two adjacent partition plates, and a second channel is defined within the wall portion. Then a second pin is inserted into the second bobbin piece to penetrate through the wall portion and the second secondary side plate and form a wire-arranging part protruded from the second secondary side plate and an insertion part protruded from the bottom surface of the secondary base. Later, a primary winding coil is wound on the primary winding section, a first terminal of a secondary winding coil is fixed on the first pin and then wound on the secondary winding sections, and a second terminal of the secondary winding coil is fixed on the wire-arranging part of the second pin. Finally, a magnetic core assembly is partially disposed within the first channel of the first bobbin piece and the second channel of the second bobbin piece.
