摘要: The present invention concerns a process for producing 2-butyl-2-ethyl-1,3-propanediol. According to the process, a reaction mixture is formed, containing 2-ethylhexanal and formaldehyde, into which an hydroxide compound is fed, whereby 2-ethylhexanal and formaldehyde are reacted to to produce 2-butyl-2-ethyl-1,3-propanediol. According to the invention, the hydroxide compound is incrementally fed into the reaction mixture. Preferably the hydroxide compound is fed at least at two input rates, in such a way that the heat production of the reaction between 2-ethylhexanal and formaldehyde immediately after each increase of the input rate of the hydroxide compound, is at least almost the same. The invention allows for the production of BEPD in a controlled and safe manner, with excellent yields.

摘要: The present invention relates to a process for producing polyolefins wherein a feedstock comprising n-olefin or a mixture of n-olefins is dimerized in the presence of a solid acidic catalyst by passing the feedstock to a catalytic distillation apparatus comprising either a) a combination of a distillation column and a reactor comprising at least one catalyst bed, or b) a distillation column connected to one or more side reactors comprising at least one catalyst layer, recovering the unreacted n-olefin from the distillation column or the combination of the distillation column and the reactor at the upper part thereof as a side-stream to be combined with the feedstock, and the reaction product from the dimerization is hydrogenated.

摘要: The invention relates to a novel, technically simple but efficient and high-yield process for the preparation of 2-n-butyl-2-ethyl-1,3-propane diol from 2-ethyl hexanal and formaldehyde by using a basic alkali metal hydroxide or earth alkali metal hydroxide catalyst. In the process according to the invention, cationic or neutral phase transfer catalysts are additionally used for promoting the reaction. The correct choice of the sources of the initial material components is also essential. 2-n-butyl-2-ethyl-1,3-propane diol is used, for example, in the paint industry in the preparation of pulverous paints.

摘要: A method and system for monitoring the behavior of at least one observable object, e.g. a network element, of a network, wherein at least one parameter of the observable object is repeatedly detected. An actually detected parameter is input to a learning process and to an analyzing process, wherein the learning process forms a reference, based on at least two detected parameter values, for describing the behavior of the observable object. The analyzing process compares the input parameter and the reference for detecting an anomal behavior. The parameter preferably is a vector which includes several values describing properties or functioning of the observable object, and is formed based on events and/or reports from the object.

To promote the reaction and to improve its controllability, a neutral phase-transfer catalyst is additionally used in the process according to the invention. 2-Ethyl-1,3-hexane diol is used in insecticides and, for example, in the preparation of polyesters.
