摘要： The invention relates to an evaporator device with a receptacle for holding material to be evaporated. With this evaporator device an oil film can be applied onto specific sites of a sheet to be coated, this sheet being coated with aluminum or zinc in a further step. At the sites at which the oil film is located, no aluminum or zinc is deposited. With the aid of a rod valve, precise application of the oil onto the sheet is ensured. This rod valve is driven by a stepping motor, which can release percentage fractions of oil vapor.

Additionally, the present disclosure relates to a method for assembling a device for sealing a chamber inlet or a chamber outlet for a flexible substrate, comprising providing a body having a sealing surface, wherein a substrate opening is formed in the body configured to be traversed by the flexible substrate; inserting an elastic tube into the body, such that the elastic tube is facing at least partially the sealing surface, the elastic tube having a connecting portion and being adapted for inflating and deflating during operation; and connecting the connecting portion of the elastic tube to a gas supply.

One such arrangement can be provided on both sides of a coating chamber, the one arrangement serving as a take-up drum and the other arrangement as a feed-out drum. The arrangement comprises two tracks for receiving end bearings of a winding drum, the tracks being comprised of two parts, of which the one part is stationary and the other is pivotable. The arrangement is located in a housing with a door. If the winding drum is to be replaced, the door is opened and the pivotable parts of the tracks are folded outwardly such that they project from the housing. Onto the projecting track parts a winding drum can now be placed, it can subsequently be slid inwardly and be arrested.
