摘要: This invention relates to a method for forming a titanium alloy by powder metallurgy, which comprises the processes of mixing uniformly a powder of titanium or an alloy thereof with a low-melting point metal or alloy powder, injecting the mixture into a press forming die, then press forming them under heating to a temperature near and over the melting point of the low-melting point metal, or to a temperature between the liquidus and the solidus of the low-melting point alloy, or to a temperature near and over the liquidus to obtain the targeted compact, and holding this compact in the pressurized state to cause the molten low-melting point metal or alloy to infiltrate the powder grain boundary of the titanium or alloy thereof, and then sintering the compact thus obtained in an inert atmosphere or a vacuum to diffuse the titanium or alloy thereof and the low-melting point metal or alloy into each other and to make alloys of them.

摘要: A minute metal powder is obtained by a method which comprises melting a metal, imparting ultrasonic vibration to the resulting melt, introducing an inert or reducing gas into the ultrasonically vibrated melt thereby producing minute bubbles therein, allowing cavitation to occur as soon as the bubbles reach the surface of the melt and consequently convert the melt into minute droplets, exposing or not exposing the minute droplets to oxygen, nitrogen, or propane, and solidifying the minute droplets by cooling. An apparatus for working the method described above comprises a metal melting tank, metal feeding means, gas feeding means, an ultrasonic vibration generator, means for detecting and retaining the surface of melt, and means for converting melt into minute droplets and solidifying the minute droplets by cooling.

摘要: A loop back system for a loop transmission line allows the whole system to be looped back for addition or removal of a transmission device, without cutting off loops and in exactly the same manner as in ordinary data transfer. A plurality of transmission devices capable of generating loop-back commands are connected to an active loop and a backup loop. First one of the transmission devices transmits loop-back commands, while second and third ones individually receive the loop-back commands to connect their transmitter sides to both the active and backup loops. This sets up a loop-back condition in each of the transmission devices.

摘要: The present invention provides a method of removing metal wires from a tire through induction heating, a method of collecting the metal wires and rubber part, and a method of reusing the metal wires and rubber part. The present invention relates to: a metal wire removal method for removing metal wires from a tire incorporated with metal wires using induction heating, wherein the metal wires in the tire are heated by induction heating, causing the rubber in the part contacting the metal wires to decompose and gasify to separate the metal wires and rubber part, whereupon the metal wires are removed; a method of collecting the metal wires and rubber part from the tire using the method described above; and a method of reusing the metal wires and rubber part collected using the method described above as metal and rubber resources. Thus the metal wires and rubber part can be separated from a used tire, collected at a high collection rate, and reused.

摘要: A loop transmission system is disclosed which, on the failure of a transmission path in an active loop or transmission paths in both active and back up loops between adjacent transmission devices, automatically switches all the transmission devices from one of the loops to the other, without observing any particular transmission device, so that the whole system is capable of reconstructing a new loop. A faulty portion is located and a loop back configuration is set up excluding the faulty portion.
