    摘要: A sample analyzer and a method for obtaining reagent information are disclosed, wherein the sample analyzer analyzes a sample by using a reagent contained in a reagent container, comprising a first reagent container holder configured to hold a first reagent container containing a first reagent, a first electronic tag, on which a reagent information regarding the first reagent is recorded, attached to the first reagent container; a second reagent container holder configured to hold a second reagent container containing a second reagent, a second electronic tag, on which a reagent information regarding the second reagent is recorded, attached to the second reagent container; an antenna that is arranged between the first reagent container holder and the second reagent container holder, and is configured to receive a radio wave from each of the first and second electronic tags; and a reagent information obtainer unit configured to obtain the reagent information recorded on the first electronic tag based on a radio wave received from the first electronic tag, and to obtain the reagent information recorded on the second electronic tag based on a radio wave received from the second electronic tag.

    摘要: A specimen analyzer for continuously measuring a plurality of samples, using a reagent container which comprises a wirelessly writable and readable storage medium is disclosed. A specimen analyzing method is also disclosed. The analyzer comprises a reagent dispenser, a measurement unit, a memory which stores information regarding a remaining amount of the reagent in a reagent container, and a wireless communication unit. The analyzer causes the reagent dispenser to continuously carry out aspiration of the reagent from the reagent container, updates the information in the memory in response to an aspiration of the reagent by the reagent dispenser, and causes the wireless communication unit to write the information in the memory to the storage medium when the continuous aspiration is completed.

    摘要: A measuring apparatus has a master communication interface for sequentially transmitting an operation command issued by a CPU to a plurality of mechanism units used for measurement of an analyte. The measuring apparatus also has a slave communication interface, provided for each mechanism unit, for receiving the operation command and a plurality of driving circuits for deriving the mechanism units in accordance with the received operation command. The master communication interface broadcasts an operation start instructing signal to the plurality of mechanism units after sequentially transmitting operation commands respectively to the plurality of mechanism units, and triggered by the operation start instructing signal, the driving units of the plurality of mechanism units concurrently initiate execution of the operation commands.

The light irradiation device includes a light source, and a rotatable filter section, which has a plurality of optical filters having different light transmission characteristics, and irradiates an analyzing object with light that passed through the optical filters arranged in a path of the light from the light source while the filter section is rotating, by successively switching the optical filters by rotating the filter section. The analyzer is also provided with an analyzing means for analyzing characteristics of the analyzing object, based on optical information obtained from the analyzing object irradiated with the light by the light irradiation device while the filter section is rotating.
