    摘要: There is provided a method of manufacturing a radiation image conversion panel in which a stimulable phosphor layer is formed on a substrate by performing film deposition through vacuum evaporation. The thickness of the stimulable phosphor layer is measured during the film deposition with a layer thickness measurement device or devices to obtain layer thickness measurements, and heating of the film forming material is controlled based on the thus obtained layer thickness measurements. Thus, film deposition can be performed at a proper vapor deposition rate to form a stimulable phosphor layer having an accurate thickness.
