A molding compound encapsulates the base layer element and the lateral sides of the die. A surface is formed of the second surface of the die and an upper surface of the molding compound. A material is disposed on the surface, and a heat spreader is mounted on the material.

摘要： A telescopic intravenous infusion set and/or blood collection assembly is provided with a safety feature for covering the used needle. The safety feature is a telescopic device including a shield with handling wings, which when placed in cooperating relationship, allows accommodation of a conventional unmodified blood collection needle affixed to a hub, and a sleeve with a locking cap. After use, the hub with the needle are pulled rearwardly into positive locking position which prevent the hub and needle from moving out of the shield thereafter. The telescopic nature of the device then allows the locked needle/hub to move rearward in relation to the shield until the shield is unreleasably locked to the sleeve. The shield provides for passage of the needle and hub from a releasable locked use position to a shielded and unreleasable locked protected position.

摘要： The invention provides novel colored toner and developer compositions containing polymeric colorants. Such compositions may contain poly(oxyalkylene) or poly(alkylester) substituted color chromophores which are attached to relatively long chained ologomers. The color toner and developer compositions of the invention resist color bleeding and aggregation, and may retain their color fidelity over extended time periods. Such color toner compositions are useful in color imaging systems. The invention provides novel compositions that can readily be formulated and manufactured using the polymeric or oligomeric colorants. The toners of the invention may contain charge control agents, thermoplastic resins, colorants, and additives.

摘要： The present invention relates to a wireless personal communications system (WPCS) having several features embodied in several forms. In one embodiment, the, WPCS includes at least one RP, a first SU in communication with the RP, and a second SU in communication with the first SU through the RP without involving the RPC in the manner contemplated by the specification. The RP may preferably include a channel switching unit for connecting the first SU with the second SU without using any tariff lines to or from an RPC. Such an RP may be used as a component in a wireless PBX or Centrex system including ISDN based systems. Another preferred embodiment provides for a walkie-talkie option where the first SU communicates directly with the second SU, preferably over an unlicensed frequency. In another preferred embodiment, a plurality of SUs in communication with an RP may be accessed individually using a single dialed number.
