Abstract:
The invention relates to a maintenance system for machine tool. In the maintenance, system 1, a user management apparatus 10 connected to a numerical control section of a machine tool 15, and a manufacturer management apparatus 20 disposed on a side of a manufacturer are connected to each other via Internet 5. The user management apparatus 10 collects data relating to an operating condition of each driving mechanism of the machine tool 15, and accumulates the data. When a predetermined transmission condition is satisfied, the user management apparatus 10 transmits the accumulated operating condition data to the manufacturer management apparatus 20 in the form of an electronic mail. The manufacturer management apparatus 20 evaluates the consumption degree of each driving mechanism based on the received operating condition data, and outputs an alarm when the consumption degree exceeds a reference value.
Abstract:
Electronic equipment, including a GPS dongle and a PC, compares an acquired current location position of the electronic equipment with an acquired planned installation position of a machine tool to determine whether or not the current location position is within a predetermined range from the planned installation position. Further, the electronic equipment determines, if it is determined that the current location position is within the predetermined range from the planned installation position, whether or not a predetermined condition has been satisfied. The electronic equipment also performs, if it is determined that the predetermined condition has been satisfied, information input processing on the machine tool to remove activation restriction on the machine tool. In this manner, the electronic equipment can prevent illegal removal of activation restriction on the machine tool.
Abstract:
Electronic equipment includes a GPS dongle for acquiring current location position information, and a PC for acquiring planned installation position information indicating a planned installation position of a machine tool previously registered with a server device which is a supplier-side device of the machine tool from the server device. The electronic equipment compares the acquired current location position information with the acquired planned installation position information, to determine whether or not the current location is within a predetermined range having the previously registered planned installation position as a base point. The electronic equipment determines, if it is determined that the current location is within the predetermined range having the planned installation position as a base point, whether or not a predetermined condition has been satisfied. The electronic equipment performs, if it is determined that the predetermined condition has been satisfied, information input processing on the machine tool, to remove activation restriction on the machine tool. In this manner, the electronic component can prevent illegal removal of activation restriction on the machine tool.
Abstract:
Operational administration system enabling reduction in expense burden on user, and permitting manufacturer to comprehend accurately and timely operational status of machine tools on user end. Operational administration system (1) includes, interconnected via Internet (5): manufacturer-end administration device (20); operational data storage/transmission devices (10) connected to numerical controllers for NC machine tools (15); and user-end terminal device (30). The operational data storage/transmission devices (10) gather from the numerical controllers data pertaining to the operational status of the NC machine tools (15), store the data and, when specified transmission conditions are met, send the stored operational status data to administration device (20) in an e-mail data format. With the received operational status data, administration device (20) updates operational status data it stores, and sends to terminal device (30), in response to a request therefrom, machine-tool operational status data identified by user ID information appropriately input through terminal device (30).
Abstract:
An information transmission system according to the present invention is constructed by connecting a transmission device which transmits information to an NC machine tool 20 via a network 2. The NC machine tool 20 comprises an operating panel 25 including an operation key 22, a keyboard 23, and a screen display section 24, and a control device 29 consisting of an input/output control section 40 which has a display control section 42. The display control section 42 receives information transmitted from the transmission device via the network 2, and display the same on the screen display section 24. Since the received information is automatically displayed on the screen display section 24 of the operating panel 25 being frequently looked at while an operator operates the NC machine tool 20, and that makes it possible to certainly give information to be given to the operator quickly and efficiently.
Abstract:
A data transmission system in accordance with the present invention is configured so that a control device 29 of an NC machine tool 20 may be connected to a data management device via a network 2. The control device 29 comprises a data storage section 32 which stores data, a setting data storage section 41 which stores setting data for determining whether or not to approve a transmission and/or reception for every data stored in the data storage section 32, and a data transmission/reception section 42 which is configured so that a transmission and/or reception process may be performed only on data which has been approved for transmission and/or reception by referring to the setting data stored in the setting data storage section 41.
