    摘要: A bobbin holder shaft is journalled in a bobbin holder shaft support that is, in turn elastically supported relative to a fixed frame. When the support weighs more than the shaft plus the full amount of yarn to be wound thereon, and the lowest order resonant speed is below the operating speed, a high operating speed can be achieved without inducing a resonant vibration even though a pronounced band or ribbon appeared on the wound yarn ball. In a preferred embodiment, the elastic support is provided by axially spaced O-rings and an oil-filled reservoir defined axially between them.

    摘要: In a sealing device for a rotary machine of the type that an annular groove is provided in an inner circumferential surface of a through-hole of a stationary member through which a rotary body supported rotatably by a bearing device extends, gap spaces between the rotary body and the both side portions of the stationary member on the opposite sides of the annular groove are sealed by seal rings, and a seal fluid feed hole for feeding a sealing fluid into the annular groove is provided in the stationary member; improvements are made in that a vibration suppressing movable ring is accommodated within the annular groove, the movable ring is mounted to the stationary member so as to be movable only in a radial direction so that an outside annular gap clearance may be formed between an outer circumferential surface of the movable ring and an inner circumferential surface of the annular groove and also an inside annular gap clearance may be formed between an inner circumferential surface of an inner hole of the movable ring and an outer circumferential surface of the rotary body which extends through the inner hole, the inside gap clearance is divided into a plurality of arcuate gap clearance sections, and the respective arcuate gap clearance sections a formed in a wedge-like shape that is gradually narrowed towards the downstream side in the direction of rotation of the rotary body.

    摘要: A lifting load attitude controlling system includes a lifting load pivoting clutch (20) provided between a gyro frame (1) and a gimbal frame (6) for connecting and disconnecting therebetween. Also, a resetting rotating clutch is provided between a resetting rotation driving portion constituted of a resetting oblique rotation driving motor (19) for rotating a gimbal (8) upon returning the gimbal (8) at an initial position and a worm gear, and the gimbal (8) for connecting and disconnecting therebetween. Upon obliquely rotating the gimbal for returning to the initial position, the resetting rotating clutch is placed in the engaged or connected state and the lifting load pivoting clutch is placed in the disengaged or disconnected state. When the resetting rotation driving motor (19) is driven at this condition, a gyro moment is generated upon obliquely driving the gimbal toward the gyro frame (1) (lifting jig 4) via a variable constant torque motor (19) between the gyro frame (1) and a gimbal frame (6). However, since the gyro moment is much smaller than the inertia moment of the lifted load, it provides little influence relative to pivoting motion of the load.

    摘要: A vibration reducer for a diaphragm coupling is capable of suppressing axial vibrations as well as torsional vibrations. A diaphragm pack 3 is mounted between a diaphragm mount flange 2 provided on an intermediate shaft 1 serving as a drive shaft and a shaft flange 4 of another shaft serving as a driven shaft. An elastic arm 5 extends through the diaphragm pack 3 and is mounted to the diaphragm mount flange 2. The elastic arm 5 is a cylindrical member, whose circumferential portion is severed by slits formed by wire-cutting. Free ends 5a of the elastic arm 5 are expanded in the radial directions by centrifugal forces caused by rotation of a shafts and come into pressure-contact with the liner member 8 formed integrally within a cylindrical portion 7 of the shaft flange 4. A part of a torque is thereby transmitted via the pressure-contact portion, and rigidity in the axial direction of the elastic arm 5 is added to that of the diaphragm pack 3 to suppress vibrations. An alternative construction has a large pressure-contact force caused by centrifugal forces realized by making use of centrifugal weights 22, a centrifugal weight holder 23, and an elongated bolt 24.
