    摘要： A horn switch mechanism 15 has a securing pin 31 serving as a support member, a movable member 32 serving as an insulating portion, a compression coil spring 35 serving as an urging member, and a contact terminal 34 serving as a movable contact. The securing pin 31 is fixed to a metal core 12 of a steering wheel body 11 and supports a bag holder 21 in such a manner that the bag holder 21 selectively proceeds toward and retreats from the metal core 12. The movable member 32 is arranged between the securing pin 31 and the bag holder 21 and electrically insulates the securing pin 31 and the bag holder 21 from each other. The coil spring 35 urges the bag holder 21 away from the metal core 12. The contact terminal 34 moves together with the bag holder 21. When the bag holder 21 moves toward the metal core 12 against the urging force of the compression coil spring 35, the contact terminal 34 contacts the securing pin 31 and permits conduction between the contact terminal 34 and the securing pin 31. This activates a horn device 40 of the vehicle.

    摘要： An exhaust pressure control valve comprises a casing including a bore and a pair of first and second shaft support parts, and a valve shaft placed across the bore and rotatably supported by the shaft support parts. A first end portion of the valve shaft is arranged protruding outside the casing. A throttle valve is secured to the valve shaft inside the bore. An actuator is coupled to the first end portion to open and close the throttle valve. The second shaft support part is located in a bypass passage downstream from a bypass valve and has an opening in which a cap formed with a through hole is fitted. The inside of the second shaft support part is allowed to communicate with atmosphere through the through hole, the bypass passage, and others so that an end face of a second end portion can be subjected to atmospheric pressure.

There is located a switch operation portion in at least one of the two front spokes neighboring a front space inside the ring portion and generally symmetrically arranged relative to the boss portion. The cores of the front spokes are further provided at positions generally symmetric relative to the boss portion and to the boss portion relative to the switch operation portion with deformable portions, respectively, to be twist-deformable upon self-alignment.

    摘要： The electromagnetic valve has an electromagnetic actuator for operating a valve. The electromagnetic actuator has a movable core that reciprocally moves in an axial direction. A stator core has an attracting portion. The attracting portion has a conical portion that is defined by a uniform diameter inner surface and an outwardly inclined outer surface. The outer surface has a smaller diameter at a position closer to an initial position of the plunger. Therefore outer diameter of the conical portion is increased in an attracting direction of the plunger. Moreover, increasing rate of the outer diameter is decreased in the attracting direction. Therefore the outer surface has a greater inclination angle at a position closer to an initial position of the plunger.

    摘要： A steering wheel is provided having a vibration prevention mechanism and a horn switch mechanism, the horn switch mechanism includes: first and second contact plates each having two contacts for operating a horn; coil springs provided between the first and second contact plates to space them away from each other; and guide pins for guiding the movement of the contact plates towards each other. The vibration prevention mechanism includes a mounting plate; two vibration proofing rubber members provided between the mounting plate and the second contact plate to couple the mounting place to the second contact plate. The two contacts of the first contact plates, the two contacts of the second contact plates, and the two vibration proofing members are located in one and the same plane. This arrangement allows the operator to operate the horn smoothly.
