    摘要: A fluid pressure cylinder includes a cylinder tube, a piston rod, and a displacement sensor. A bottom portion of the cylinder tube has: a pin hole formed in a direction orthogonal to a center axis; and a through hole penetrating the bottom portion through the pin hole. The displacement sensor has: a sensor body disposed on inner side of the pin hole in the through hole; a sensor rod provided so as to extend from the sensor body; and an annular magnet relatively movable with respect to the sensor rod. The through hole has: a reduced-diameter portion; and a female screw portion that has a female screw formed on an inner circumference of the female screw portion. The sensor body is fixed by being pressed by a plug that is screwed into the female screw portion and by being engaged with the reduced-diameter portion.

    摘要: The invention relates to a master brake cylinder arrangement with actuation detection for a motor vehicle braking system, having at least one piston arrangement with a piston, which is movably guided in a cylinder bore in a cylinder housing, said piston with the cylinder bore defining a pressure chamber which is fluidically coupled to a hydraulic brake circuit. During a forward stroke, the piston can be moved from a start position into a possible actuation piston along a movement axis, which coincides essentially with a longitudinal axis of the cylinder bore, and during a return stroke, said piston is moved from an actuation position into a start position. The piston is associated with a coupling element which is coupled to a position detecting rod for common movement therewith, said position detecting rod being moved essentially parallel to the first cylinder bore, the position of the position detecting rod can be detected by means of a position detecting sensor placed on the cylinder housing. According to the invention, in order to save space, the coupling element can be locked relative to the piston for a common lift movement therewith and after exceeding a predetermined path of the lift movement, the piston can be moved further relative to the coupling element.

    摘要: A position detecting sensor is mounted in a sensor attachment groove that opens on a side surface of an actuator and extends in an axial direction of the actuator. The position detecting sensor includes a housing that houses a sensor main body, and a guide member inserted into the sensor attachment groove. The guide member is of a shape such that, when the guide member is inserted into the sensor attachment groove, the guide member is required to be rotated in one direction around an axis parallel with the axis of the actuator and then rotated in a direction opposite to the one direction. After the guide member has been inserted into the sensor attachment groove, attachment thereof to the sensor attachment groove is completed by application of a fastener.

    摘要: A piston-cylinder actuator includes a unique mount for an absolute-position sensor. The mount is made from a bearing material provides a flexible connection between the sensor mount and the cylinder housing. This flexible connection allows the piston rod to deflect naturally, under its own weight or under other laterally-directed forces, while maintaining the distance and perpendicularity between the sensor and the rod surface, within acceptable limits. The sensor mount is made from a bearing material that will allow it to float directly on the rod surface without scuffing or otherwise damaging the rod surface, particularly the markings or other indicia on that surface. Due to the flexible connection between the sensor mount and the cylinder housing, the proper distance between the sensor and the rod surface can be maintained at all times.

The flange is formed in a plate shape, having a narrow portion and a widened portion that differ in width dimension. After insertion thereof through the sensor mounting groove such that side surfaces of the narrow portion are made parallel with the sensor mounting groove, the holder is turned, whereby the widened portion engages within and is retained respectively by a pair of recess portions in the sensor mounting groove.
