摘要: A compressor including a housing, a shaft configured to be rotated relative to the housing to compress a refrigerant, a motor configured to drive the shaft, a lubrication system configured to supply lubricant to the compressor, and a bearing configured to support the shaft. The shaft includes a wear-resistant sleeve-like treatment on at least a portion of an outer surface of the shaft adjacent the bearing. The lubricant is a lubricant blend composition that includes two or more lubricants, the two or more lubricants including a first lubricant and a second lubricant. The first lubricant is present at a higher volume percentage than the second lubricant, and the first lubricant includes a higher viscosity than the second lubricant.

摘要: A lubricant composition comprises a lubricant and a stabilizer. The stabilizer comprises a first epoxide group and a second functional group selected from the group consisting of (i) a second epoxide group; (ii) an aliphatic carbon-carbon multiple bond conjugated with a second carbon-carbon multiple bond; (iii) an aliphatic carbon-carbon multiple bond conjugated with an electron withdrawing group; and (iv) an aliphatic carbon-carbon multiple bond conjugated with an aromatic group. A heat transfer composition comprises a lubricant composition as described above and a haloalkane, such as an iodoalkane (e.g., trifluoroiodomethane).

摘要: There are provided a composition for a heat cycle system containing a working medium for heat cycle that has a low global warming potential and high stability, which can be used as a substitute for HFC-134a and HFC-245fa, and a heat cycle system using this composition. The composition for a heat cycle system contains: a working medium for heat cycle containing 1-chloro-2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene; and a stabilizer suppressing deterioration of the working medium for heat cycle such as an oxidation resistance improver, a heat resistance improver, or a metal deactivator, and the heat cycle system uses this composition for a heat cycle system.

摘要: A refrigeration cycle apparatus includes refrigerant circuits in which a high pressure shell compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, an expansion valve, and an indoor heat exchanger are connected; a mixed refrigerant made up of a mixture of 1,1,2-trifluoroethylene, difluoromethane, and 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropropene and configured to circulate through the refrigerant circuits, the mixed refrigerant containing less than 50 wt % of 1,2,2-trifluoroetylene and a mixing ratio of difluoromethane being between 0.7 times and two times (both inclusive) that of 1,2,2-trifluoroetylene in terms of weight ratio, in a state before the mixed refrigerant is enclosed in the refrigerant circuits; and a refrigerating machine oil enclosed in the refrigerant circuits and prepared such that difluoromethane is least soluble in the refrigerating machine oil.

摘要: A lubricating oil composition for refrigerating machines contains a base oil and an additive in a form of a hydrocarbon compound having a biphenyl structure or a stilbene structure. When the present lubricating oil composition for refrigerating machines is used in refrigerating equipment such as an open-type automobile air-conditioner, an electric automobile air-conditioner, a gas heat pump, other air-conditioning equipment, a refrigerating machine, a vending machine, a showcase, a water-heating system and a refrigerating/heating system, it is possible to detect the leakage of a refrigerant with a long-lasting stability. Therefore, when an unsaturated chlorofluorocarbon refrigerant with a poor stability is used in the above-listed equipment, the present lubricating oil composition for refrigerating machines is significantly advantageous.
