摘要： There is provided a heat-insulating and noise reducing duct constituted by reinforcing core 1, a thick felt layer 2, a foamed resin strip layer 3 and a resin-coating layer 4. The reinforcing core 1 is made of hard polyolefin resin material and wound spirally at predetermined intervals. The thick felt layer 2 is wound spirally on an outer circumferential surface of the reinforcing core so that adjacent side edge portions of the felt layer 2 are lapped over or brought into contact with each other, while the shape of the felt layer is retained by the reinforcing core 1. The foamed resin strip layer 3 made of polyolefin resin material and wound spirally on an outer circumferential surface of the felt layer 2 so that adjacent side edge portions of the foamed resin strip layer 3 are in abutment against or in tight contact with each other. The resin-coating layer 4 provided to cover an outer circumferential surface of the foamed resin strip layer 3. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a sound-absorbing and heat-insulating duct which is simple, not complicated, in structure, which can achieve both sound-absorbing and heat-insulating functions, which is suitable for use as an air-blow duct, and which is suitable for continuous production so that the duct can be mass-produced inexpensively without requiring any new equipment.

摘要： A flexible hose having air-permeability is formed by either: sandwiching an air-permeable tape between tape end edge portions, as leading and trailing in a hose longitudinal direction, of a soft resin tape that is helically wound integrally with the air-permeable tape; or by helically winding only an air-permeable tape. The flexible hose can be properly used as a cleaner hose of a discharge circulation type by using it as an outer tube of a double tube structure. By providing lubricating properties to an inner circumference of the outer tube or an outer circumference of the inner tube, it is possible to prevent wear which might otherwise be caused by rubbing contact between the inner tube and outer tube.

摘要： A heat insulating noise reducing duct includes: an internal layer formed by helically winding a flat fibrous band and integrally bonding outer circumferential faces of adjacent joint parts of the band by resin reinforcing bands to thereby form a substantially smooth cylindrical shape; one or more resin linear bodies helically wound between these adjoining resin reinforcing bands and bonded to the fibrous band; an open-cell foam layer formed by helically winding an open-cell foam resin band onto an outer circumferential face of the inner layer while making its paired side edges abut each other; an intermediate sheet layer formed by helically winding a thin resin sheet-like band onto an outer circumferential face of the open-cell foam band while partially overlapping the resin sheet-like band, and by integrally bonding the overlapped parts; a closed-cell foam layer formed by helically winding a closed-cell foam resin band onto an outer circumferential face of the sheet layer while making its paired side edges abut each other; and an external layer formed by helically winding a thin resin sheet-like band onto an outer circumferential face of the closed-cell foam layer while partially overlapping the resin sheet-like band and by integrally bonding the overlapped parts. The reinforced wire is a double layer wire including a core wire of polyolefin resin and a cover layer of soft polyvinyl chloride covering an outer periphery of the core wire, and the cover layer is made to adhere to an inner wall portion of the cavity portion with use of an adhesive agent or by thermal fusing.
