    摘要: A method is provided for providing wireless application protocol (WAP) service in which a content server on the Internet performs data processing at a wireless datagram protocol (WDP) layer and higher layers. The content server receives a WAP request message for wireless Internet service from a WAP terminal connected to a mobile communications network; processes the request; and constructs and transmits to the WAP terminal a response based on the WAP. A relay providing a communications channel between the mobile communications network and the Internet relays the request message and the response at a layer below the WDP layer. Accordingly, a mobile business company providing a communications channel between the mobile communications network and the Internet performs only a relay function at the layer below a WDP layer, and an actual content provider or WAP server performs data processing at the WDP layer and higher layers.

For example, the region corresponds to a key input when the key provided to the key input unit is inputted and thereafter, displays only data arranged on a region in a corresponding region input mode of displaying only data arranged on one of at least two regions of a key when the key provided to the key input unit is inputted or displays data set to a key group including the inputted key.

    摘要: A linear compressor and a method for controlling the same. The linear compressor automatically short-circuits part of a coil having no power-supply voltage in order to substantially prevent an excessive stroke from being generated when the linear compressor is initially operated. The linear compressor includes a piston contained in a cylinder, for executing reciprocating linear motion to suck or discharge a refrigerant, a linear motor for providing the piston with driving power to allow the piston to execute the reciprocating motion, and a power-supply unit for providing the linear motor with a power-supply voltage, and performing an automatic short-circuit function to prevent an excessive stroke from being generated during an initial operation stage of the linear motor. Therefore, the linear compressor can reduce noise caused by the excessive stroke generated during the initial operation stage of the linear compressor, resulting in increased efficiency and convenience of the linear compressor.
