摘要: The present invention is applied to an ion implanter provided with a vacuum pressure compensation mechanism. The pressure compensation mechanism samples measured beam currents and vacuum pressures in the vicinity of wafers in preliminary implantation and stores function parameters in a memory unit which are obtained by calculating parameters of a predetermined function by fitting the relationship between the measured beam currents and the vacuum pressures. In actual implantation, the pressure compensation mechanism corrects the measured beam current using the function parameters stored as a function of the vacuum pressure, and based on the corrected beam current, the dosage control is performed. In the present invention, an actual beam loss is compensated for based on the estimation from a pressure in the vicinity of the wafers in a region downstream of a mass analysis slit.

摘要: When print data PD generated by applications 100 is supplied to a graphics library 110 in an order of describing objects, the graphics library 110 makes correspond print data PD to objects so as to store print data PD in a metafile 120. After print data for one page has been stored in the metafile 120, the metafile 120 is retrieved. Thus, print data PD is reconstructed for each band. A printer driver 130 converts reconstructed print data PD into the PDL data PD′ so as to transfer the PDL data PD′ to an output apparatus 2. A decomposer 140 does not generate intermediate format data and directly develops the PDL data PD′ in a band buffer 22. An output device 24 reads raster data RD from the band buffer 22 so as to print an image on a paper sheet.

摘要: The present invention provides an image processing apparatus and an image processing method that enable efficient use of code information storage areas and can rapidly process code information to render characters. A character data management unit stores reference information for referencing the shape data of a character indicated by inputted character data in an intermediate code buffer in association with an intermediate code. Thereby, a data amount of the intermediate code buffer is reduced. At the same time, reference information for referencing the intermediate code is stored in a font cache buffer in association with the character shape data. By dint of the mutual reference, when character shape data is to be saved from, e.g., the font cache buffer to the intermediate code buffer, intermediate codes referencing the shape data can be determined from reference information of the character shape data and reference information of the intermediate codes can be modified, so that processing can be performed easily and rapidly.

摘要: The present invention provides a method and a device, for use in a network over which data may be exchanged among devices, for providing data (executable code unit) for controlling other devices. To achieve this, a DCM Manager of a controller FAV first collects device control data from configROMs of the devices. The DCM Manager uses this information to search for the newest DCM for a new controlled device BAV that has been connected to a network. The DCM Manager reads the newest BAV1_DCM_b from the configROM of the BAV to install the DCM.

摘要: In an image processing device, when image data is expanded to width K corresponding to one-third of width L of a band buffer 26, the band buffer in which the width K image data is expanded is divided into square blocks each having side length K. When expansion of the image data in the square blocks into which the band buffer is divided is complete, the resultant image data is compressed for each square block. Thus, occurrence of generation can be prevented and the image data can be compressed efficiently. The locations of a final output image to which the compressed data corresponds are managed with a compressed page buffer management table, etc., so that the final output image can be restored based on the managed location information and image quality degradation can be avoided.
