摘要: A dielectric ceramic composition comprises a main component including BaTiO3, a first subcomponent including BaZrO3, a second subcomponent including an oxide of Mg, a third subcomponent including an oxide of rare earth, a fourth subcomponent including an oxide of at least one element selected from Mn, Cr, Co and Fe, and a fifth subcomponent including an oxide of at least one element selected from Si, Al, Ge, B and Li. At least a part of dielectric particles constituting the dielectric ceramic composition comprises a surface diffusion structure comprised of a central layer and a diffusion layer therearound. CR and CRmax, respectively defined as a concentration of said “R” in a proximity point to a boundary face of the dielectric particle and a maximum concentration of the “R” in the diffusion layer, satisfy a relation of CRmax/CR>1. Also, CM and CMmax, respectively defined as a concentration of said Mg in a proximity point to a boundary face of the dielectric particle and a maximum concentration of Mg in the diffusion layer, satisfy a relation of CMmax/CM>1.

摘要: A multilayer ceramic capacitor 1 having internal electrode layers 3, internal dielectric layers 2 having the thickness of less than 2 μm, and external dielectric layers 20 wherein; the internal dielectric layers 2 and the external dielectric layers 20 include a plural number of dielectric particles 2a, 20a, and when y1 is ratio(D50a/D50b) of D50a and D50b where D50a is an average particle size of dielectric particles 2a included in the internal dielectric layers 2 and D50b is an average particle size of dielectric particles 20a included in the external dielectric layer 20 and located at least 5 μm away from an internal electrode layer 3a, arranged outermost part of all the internal electrode layers, to the stacked direction, and x is thickness of the internal dielectric layer 2, y1 and x satisfy the following equations, y1≦−0.75x+2.275 and y1≧−0.75x+1.675. According to the present invention, even when thickness of internal dielectric layers 2 were made thinner, a multilayer ceramic capacitor 1 wherein improvements in all kinds of electric characteristics, specially an improvement in TC bias characteristic while having sufficient dielectric constant can be expected.

摘要: The invention provides a multilayer ceramic capacitor capable of preventing the occurrence of cracks by inhibiting the multilayer capacitor from expanding in a stacking direction and a width direction. The multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a capacitor element (10) in which dielectric layers (11a and 11b) and internal electrodes (12) are alternately stacked. The capacitor element (10) is obtained by stacking and firing a dielectric paste layer and an internal electrode paste layer. An expansion coefficient x in the stacking direction lies between −0.05i% and 0.05i% inclusive, where i denotes the number of dielectric layers (11a), preferably the expansion coefficient x is 0% or less, or more preferably the expansion coefficient x lies between −10% and 0% inclusive. Preferably, an expansion coefficient y in the width direction lies between −0.05i% and 0% inclusive. The expansion coefficients x and y can be controlled by adding a carbon material or a lithium-containing compound to the internal electrode paste layer, or by reducing a thickness of the dielectric layer (11b) located in an outermost portion. Thus, the occurrence of cracks is inhibited, and therefore a fraction defective is reduced.

摘要: A dielectric ceramic composition of the present invention comprises; BamTiO2+m (note that, m is 0.99≦m≦1.01), and BanZrO2+n (note that, n is 0.99≦n≦1.01); wherein said dielectric ceramic composition consists of plurality of dielectric particles and a grain boundary phase existing between said dielectric particles adjacent to each other, when said dielectric particle having BamTiO2+m as a main component is set to a first dielectric particle, said dielectric particle having BanZrO2+n as a main component is set to a second dielectric particle, an average crystal diameter of said first dielectric particle is set to D1 (μm), and an average crystal diameter of said second dielectric particle is set to D2 (μm), then a ratio (D2/D1) of said D2 with respect to said D1 is 0.04 to 0.33, said D2 is 0.02 to 0.25 μm, and in said dielectric ceramic composition a ratio of the total number of said second dielectric particle with respect to the total number of said first dielectric particle is 0.10 to 2. The present invention is to provide the dielectric ceramic composition suitable for the medium-high voltage application used at a high rated voltage (for example, 100V or more).

摘要: The present invention relates to a dielectric ceramic composition comprising BaTiO3, BaZrO3, and the oxide of R wherein, when A is the content of BaZrO3, and C is the content of the oxide R, with respect to 100 moles of BaTiO3, then A is 40≦A≦65 moles and C is 4≦C≦15 moles; plus said dielectric composition satisfies the equation (1) and (2).
