Abstract: Method and apparatus for an improved exercise machine for specifically exercising the wrist and forearm muscles of a user. The exercise machine includes a rectangular shaped framework having left and right side vertical frame members along with upper and lower connecting cross members mounted on a pair of left and right support legs wherein a generally rectangular framework is formed. A rotatable vertically adjustable exercise bar is positioned forwardly on left and right U-shaped brackets so that the rotatable exercise bar is height adjustable using left and right vertical adjustments means. The forwardly extending rotatable exercise bar is disposed in a spaced away manner in front of the machine so as to be comfortably positioned for use by a user standing in front of the machine.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multi-edge saw blade for use with an oscillating tool that provides multiple cutting edges that can be used sequentially as each cutting edge becomes worn-out or damaged. The multi-edge saw blade includes a first row of cutting teeth arranged across its distal edge and a row of perforations situated across the distal end of the blade and spaced a distance behind the first row of cutting teeth. In some aspects, the multi-edge saw blade further includes at least one additional row of perforations, each situated a spaced distance behind the row of perforations before it. Responsive to a twisting force applied orthogonally to the plane of the blade, each blade edge can be removed from the blade to reveal a fresh row of cutting teeth. The multi-edge saw blade further includes an attachment socket on its proximate end.

Abstract: A fifth wheel lubricant applicator tool, kit, and method of use are disclosed. The lubricant applicator tool comprises a handle portion and an operative portion. The handle portion has a first width and a defined length. The operative portion extends out from the defined length of the handle portion such that a second width of the operative portion remains less than a length of the lubricant applicator tool. The operative portion comprises a working edge equipped with a plurality of indentations that are identical and evenly spaced. The width and the height of each of the plurality of indentations permits an application of a lubricant in parallel beads, each spaced apart from adjacent beads by a defined distance that is substantially same as a distance between two adjacent indentations.

Abstract: Methods and systems of maintaining, evaluating, and providing therapy to a lung ex vivo. The methods and systems involve positioning the lung in an ex vivo perfusion circuit; circulating a perfusion fluid through the lung, the fluid entering the lung through a pulmonary artery interface and leaving the lung through a left atrial interface; and ventilating the lung by flowing a ventilation gas through a tracheal interface. Maintaining the lung for extended periods involves causing the lung to rebreath a captive volume of air, and reaching an equilibrium state between the perfusion fluid and the ventilation gas. Evaluating the gas exchange capability of the lung involves deoxygenating the perfusion fluid and measuring a time taken to reoxygenate the perfusion fluid by ventilating the lung with an oxygenation gas.
