    摘要: A battery system assembly for a bicycle is provided. The battery system assembly includes a frame cavity liner, a first cover slideably attached to the frame cavity liner and movable between a first position and a second position with respect to the frame cavity liner, a first magnet interposed between the frame cavity liner and the first cover, a battery container configured to accommodate a rechargeable battery and having a second magnet disposed to face the first magnet, said battery container detachably attached to the frame cavity liner. When the first cover is located at the first position, the frame cavity liner and the battery container are attached one another by magnetic force between an aligned first magnet and second magnet. When the first cover is located at the second position, the first magnet and the second magnet repel each other, thereby detaching the battery container from the frame cavity liner.

    摘要: A dual interface separable insulated connector comprising a faraday cage molded over a bus bar for use in an electric power system and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The faraday cage can be disposed within a semi-conductive shell. The configuration of the separable insulated connector can provide for easier bonding between the faraday cage and insulating material. Additionally, the configuration can eliminate or reduce the need to coat the bus bar with an adhesive agent and to smooth the metal bus bar to remove burrs, other irregularities, and sharp corners from the bar. Manufacturing the dual interface separable insulated connector can include molding a semi-conductive rubber faraday cage over a conductive bus bar, inserting the faraday cage into a shell, and injecting insulating material between the faraday cage and shell.

    摘要: In a procedure for the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome, the carpal ligament is spread by use of a cutting device passing through the interior of a cannula inserted into the carpal tunnel through an incision in the patient's wrist, the cannula containing an inflatable balloon at its distal end to secure the position of the cutting device against the carpal ligament, and the cutting device comprising a blade whose position is remotely controlled from the proximal end of the device. Other features of the procedure are the use of a blunt-tipped hypodermic needle and exchange wire to establish a path to the site under the carpal ligament, an endoscope or other visualization device to be inserted through the cannula with the cutting device, and a removable sheath over the cannula to contain the inflatable balloon until inflation is desired.

    摘要: A method and system for controlling access to media content distributed within a premises is described. One embodiment of the system receives, at the premises, digital content and associated rating information; decodes the digital content to produce decoded content, the decoded content including a particular program from the digital content; embeds with the particular program in the decoded content a rating indicator corresponding to rating information associated with the particular program to produce rated-decoded content including the particular program; modulates the rated-decoded content to produce rated-modulated content including the particular program; and transmits the rated-modulated content to an analog television located on the premises that is capable of selectively blocking the particular program based on the embedded rating indicator. The system thus restores rating information that would otherwise be lost when digital content is converted to analog format for distribution to analog televisions within a premises.
