摘要: Locking arrangement for a movable vehicle body part. For adjusting an engine hood relative to the stationary vehicle body parts, it is known from prior art to fasten a lock top part by means of washers to the engine hood in such a manner that, when the engine hood is closed and therefore in the case of a connection of the lock top part with the lock bottom part, a precise fit of the engine hood is achieved. According to the invention, the catch bow is held on the assigned vehicle body part by means of a continuous linear adjusting device.

摘要: A safety device for a motor vehicle with a front portion and at least two headlamps spaced apart from each other is described. The vehicle includes a front hood which, in an accident, is displaced from its closed initial position into a raised safety position in which a gap is formed between the front hood and the front portion. To increase pedestrian protection, in the regions of the headlamps the safety device includes at least one covering element which is movable between a retracted position and an extended position in which the gap is closed by the covering element.

摘要: The invention relates to a device and a method for the treatment of surfaces with a plasma produced under atmospheric pressure. The device according to the invention is formed as a portable handheld unit and comprises a plasma nozzle (16) for producing a plasma jet (18), which comprises a nozzle opening (17) and at least one electrode and counter-electrode pair (27, 28) arranged upstream of the nozzle opening, the effective electrode surfaces of which pair of electrodes each have a dielectric coating (29, 30), the electrode (27) and the counter-electrode (28) defining between them a working space (34) in which a working gas can be at least partially ionized by means of a dielectric barrier gas discharge, a high-voltage generator (19, 20), which is electrically connected to the electrode and counter-electrode pair (27, 28), a feeding means (15), which produces a gas flow of the working gas from a working gas source into the working space (34) and through the nozzle opening (17), the working gas source being ambient air, and a mains-independent energy source (12) for supplying the high-voltage generator (19, 20) and the feeding means (19).

摘要: A torsional vibration damper includes a primary element with at least one primary driver, a secondary element with at least one secondary driver, at least one spring device between the primary and secondary drivers for resiliently elastic coupling of the primary and secondary elements, and at least one end block arranged on an end side of the spring device. The primary element is rotatable relative to the secondary element from a neutral position into a first position, in which the primary driver is supported only on the spring device, and from the first position onward into a second position, in which the primary driver is supported on the spring device and on the end block. In the first and second positions of the primary element, torque of the torsional vibration damper can be transmitted exclusively directly between the primary driver and spring device.

摘要: A device for sealing a gap between two members. The device comprises at least one elastically expanding hose accommodated in a groove (2) in the wall of the gap. The hose can be expanded by a compressible fluid introduced through a rigid opening such that the hose cannot be displaced in relation to the opening. To provide a device that is easy to install and remove and that requires no straps to secure it, the hose (1) is inserted into the opening (3) and has one end loose and the other end secured by supports.
