摘要: A semiconductor device having a plurality of semiconductor chips mounted on a lead frame (10) and required portions covered with seal portions in which: the plurality of semiconductor chips are divided into a first group of semiconductor chips (Dx to Dz) and a second group of semiconductor chips (Du to Dw and Thx to Thz); both groups of semiconductor chips are mounted on the lead frame (10) at a distance from each other; the seal portions are comprised of first and second resin-seal portions (41 and 42) which cover the first and second groups of semiconductor chips, respectively, along with required portions of the lead frame; both resin-seal portions are mechanically coupled with each other by coupling portions; and a group of read terminals respectively connected to circuits within the first resin-seal portion and circuits within the second resin-seal portion are led out through a gap between the first resin-seal portion (41) and the second resin-seal portion (42).

摘要: A power source device for rectifying the output of an AC generator in which magneto coils are in a star-shaped connection in three phases. The device includes a control rectifier circuit configured from a first control rectifier circuit for performing full-wave rectification on three-phase AC voltages, and a second control rectifier circuit for performing full-wave rectification on AC voltages obtained between neutral and each of two-phase AC output terminals selected from the three-phase AC output terminals of the generator, as well as on AC voltage obtained between the selected two-phase AC output terminals; and a controller controlling the first and second circuits so that the output of the first circuit is supplied to the load when the rotational speed of the generator is equal/less than a set speed, and the output of the second circuit is supplied to the load when the rotational speed exceeds the set speed.

摘要: A power source device for rectifying the output of an AC generator in which magneto coils are in a star-shaped connection in three phases. 摘要: A battery charging control device comprising a control circuit that performs control to keep a voltage across a battery charged by an output of an AC generator around a target value, comprising: a load driving switch inserted between the battery and a load; and a load driving switch control circuit that performs control to turn on the load driving switch when the AC generator generates the output and a voltage across the load is equal to or lower than a set value, and turn off the load driving switch when the voltage across the load exceeds the set value lower than the target value of the voltage across the battery.

摘要: A battery charging control device comprising a control circuit that performs control to keep a voltage across a battery charged by an output of an AC generator around a target value, comprising: a load driving switch inserted between the battery and a load; and a load driving switch control circuit that performs control to turn on the load driving switch when the AC generator generates the output and a voltage across the load is equal to or lower than a set value, and turn off the load driving switch when the voltage across the load exceeds the set value lower than the target value of the voltage across the battery.
