摘要: An input signal (SIN) is inverted by an inverter (101), and the inverted input signal is entered into a tri-state type inverter (104). An output portion of this inverter is connected via a delay path (105) to an input portion of an operational amplifier (106). This operational amplifier owns a hysteresis characteristic with respect to a signal entered thereinto. An exclusive-OR gate circuit (103) controls to set the output state of the inverter to a low impedance state upon receipt of a signal (S11) obtained by inverting the input signal, and controls to set the output state of the inverter to a high impedance state upon receipt of a signal (S16) output from the operational amplifier. As a result, an amplitude of a signal (S15) is limited to a constant amplitude in response to the hysteresis characteristic of the operational amplifier (106), and a delay time is made constant.

摘要: A sound field expanding apparatus is formed from an L-channel sound field expanding circuit and an R-channel sound field expanding circuit that have substantially the same circuit structure. Left and right stereophonic input signals of two channels are input in the L-channel sound field expanding circuit and the R-channel sound field expanding circuit, respectively. The L-channel sound field expanding circuit and the R-channel sound field expanding circuit include a first amplitude/phase characteristic changing circuit and a second amplitude/phase characteristic changing circuit, respectively. The first amplitude/phase characteristic changing circuit and the second amplitude/phase characteristic changing circuit add specified amplitude/phase characteristics to the respective input signals to generate a specified sound field expanding effect. The first and second amplitude/phase characteristic changing circuits are formed on a single IC chip with switched capacitor filters, and have the same structure for both of the first and second amplitude/phase characteristic changing circuits.

摘要: A control system for a vehicle with an automatic transmission adapted to prohibit the upshifting from a second shift stage to a third shift stage upon generation of a slipping of driven wheels. When an accelerator pedal is depressed to increase the throttle opening degree TH in order to permit the vehicle to be started to travel on an icy surface and the like having a lower road surface friction coefficient, the vehicle speed V detected based on the number of rotations of an output shaft of an automatic transmission is rapidly increased due to the generation of a slipping, whereby the upshifting from the second shift stage to the third shift stage is prohibited. A vehicle speed generated on a usual flat road is previously stored, and a presumed vehicle speed VYS is calculated from such vehicle speed and a time elapsed after the generation of the slipping. When the detected vehicle speed V becomes equal to or less than the presumed vehicle speed VYS, it is determined that the gripping between the driven wheels and a road surface has been restored, and the prohibition of the upshifting is canceled. Thus, it is possible to properly perform the canceling of the prohibition of the upshifting.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a control system for an automatic transmission, which operates so that when slipping of drive wheels is generated at the starting of a vehicle on ice or the like, upshifting from a second gear shift stage to a third gear shift stag is prohibited. However, when the pseudo slipping state of the drive wheels is detected with the locking or unlocking of the drive wheels, the undesirable prohibition of the upshifting of the automatic transmission is avoided. A slip rate of a torque converter is determined on the basis of an engine revolution-speed (a torque converter input rotation-speed) and an automatic transmission input rotation-speed (a torque converter output rotation-speed). When the slip rate exceeds, for example, 102%, so that the driving force is transmitted from the drive wheels toward the engine, it is determined that the pseudo slipping state attendant to the locking or unlocking of the drive wheels has been detected, thereby canceling the prohibition of the upshifting of the automatic transmission.

摘要: When slipping is generated during the upshifting from a first gear shift stage to a second gear shift stage on ice or the like, a control for prohibiting the upshifting from the second gear shift stage to a third gear shift stage can be carried out precisely. A control system is designed so that when a slipping state is detected on ice having a lower road surface friction coefficient by a slipping state determining device, the upshifting of an automatic transmission from a second gear shift stage to a third gear shift stage is prohibited. In this control system, the time required for the upshifting from a first gear shift stage to the second gear shift stage is measured. If such time is shorter than a first predetermined time, it is determined that a slipping has been generated during the upshifting, and the upshifting from the second gear shift stage to the third gear shift stage is prohibited for a second predetermined time. Thus, even when the determination of the slipping state by the slipping-state determining device is not in time, the further upshifting of the automatic transmission is prohibited. Therefore, it is possible to reliably avoid the carrying-out of undesirable upshifting.

摘要: A digital-to-analog converting section includes a delta-sigma (.DELTA..SIGMA.) modulator and converts an input digital signal to an analog signal on the basis of delta-sigma modulation of the input digital signal by the delta-sigma modulator. A digital adder is provided, at the input stage of the digital-to-analog converting section, to add an oscillation-preventing direct current value to the input digital signal, and the adder operates to prevent oscillation in the delta-sigma modulating loop when the input digital signal changes from an "input signal present" state to a "no input signal" state. Also, an output buffer is provided, at the output stage of the digital-to-analog converting section, to shift the converted analog signal in response to an offset-adjusting current. Thus, the offset adjustment can be effected without adversely influencing the oscillation-preventing action of D.C. dithers.

摘要: An electrostatic capacity sensor includes a sensor die including a bias electrode and a signal electrode, which are positioned opposite to each other with a very small distance therebetween, and a shield member including a potential stabilizing conductive film whose external shape encompasses the vertically projected area of the signal electrode. The sensor die joins the joint surface of the shield member. The signal electrode is positioned between the bias electrode and the potential stabilizing conductive film. A noise shield adapted to the signal electrode is formed using the bias electrode and the potential stabilizing conductive film; hence, it is possible to improve the noise resistance of the signal electrode and to increase the S/N ratio in sensitivity.

摘要: There are provided a waveform shaper that shapes a waveform of a one-bit data signal obtained by subjecting an input data signal to sigma-delta modulation, to generate an output data signal, and a sigma-delta D/A converter incorporating the waveform shaper. A clock jitter-detecting device detects jitter of a clock signal used for generating the one-bit data signal and generates an error signal indicative of the detected jitter of the clock signal. An amplitude-adjusting device shapes the waveform of the one-bit data signal by using the clock signal, and adjusts amplitude of the shaped one-bit data signal in response to the error signal, to generate the output data signal.
