摘要： An electrostatic capacity sensor includes a sensor die including a bias electrode and a signal electrode, which are positioned opposite to each other with a very small distance therebetween, and a shield member including a potential stabilizing conductive film whose external shape encompasses the vertically projected area of the signal electrode. The sensor die joins the joint surface of the shield member. The signal electrode is positioned between the bias electrode and the potential stabilizing conductive film. A noise shield adapted to the signal electrode is formed using the bias electrode and the potential stabilizing conductive film; hence, it is possible to improve the noise resistance of the signal electrode and to increase the S/N ratio in sensitivity.

摘要： A vibration transducer includes a substrate, a diaphragm formed using deposited films having conductive property, which has a plurality of arms extended from the center portion in a radial direction, a plate formed using deposited films having conductive property, and a plurality of diaphragm supports formed using deposited films, which join the arms so as to support the diaphragm above the substrate with a prescribed gap therebetween. A plurality of bumps is formed in the arms of the diaphragm so as to prevent the diaphragm from being attached to the substrate or the plate. When the diaphragm vibrates relative to the plate, an electrostatic capacitance therebetween is varied so as to detect variations of pressure applied thereto. In addition, a plurality of diaphragm holes is appropriately aligned in the arms of the diaphragm so as to improve the sensitivity while avoiding the occurrence of adherence.

摘要： A condenser microphone includes a microphone chip and an LSI chip, which are stored in a microphone package having a sound hole. External sound enters the sound hole so as to propagate through the internal space of the microphone package, so that it is received by the microphone chip. The microphone package is designed to set the Helmholtz resonance frequency within the audio frequency range. The output signal of the microphone chip is supplied to an impedance converter included in the LSI chip. The output signal of the impedance converter is attenuated by an attenuation device with respect to the prescribed frequency band including the Helmholtz resonance frequency, which decreases when the condenser microphone is installed in the housing of an electronic device. Thus, it is possible to achieve the flat frequency characteristics in the output signal of the condenser microphone, which is thus improved in the S/N ratio.

Alternatively, a semiconductor sensor chip and a control circuit chip are mounted on the mounting surface inside of the cavity of the housing and are electrically connected together via bonding wires. Herein, the resin sealing portion entirely seals the control circuit chip and the first joining portions joining the first ends of the bonding wires, while a resin potting portion seals the second joining portions between the electrode pads and the second ends of the bonding wires.

摘要： A Christmas tree type clip for mounting a wire harness or electrical component to a vehicle body panel, the clip being designed to provide a low insertion force and a high retention or withdrawal force. The clip has a hollow, thin-walled, flexible stem supporting a plurality of conventional barbs along its length. The interior of the hollow, flexible stem includes pairs of opposed withdrawal-hindering fingers associated with the barbs such that insertion force exerted on the walls of the stem from the barbs is transmitted to the fingers. The opposed pairs of fingers are angled and spaced from one another such that insertion force spreads the fingers further apart, but withdrawal force exerted on the barbs forces the opposed fingers into withdrawal-hindering contact with one another.
