    摘要: An instrument parameter setting device and an instrument parameter setting method are provided. The instrument parameter setting device has a parameter-setting card combined with a biological detection instrument. The parameter-setting card includes a strip area and a first set of block areas. Each block area in the first set of block areas is connected to the strip area respectively. The instrument detects data represented by a logical change of the block areas, so as to set parameters. In addition, it is convenient to input the data into the instrument through an external setting of the instrument. Accordingly, the characteristic parameters of a detection specimen are conveniently input into the instrument, thereby increasing the yield of specimen production, establishing a self-owned technology, and reducing the cost.

(The test specimens include information to be measured and/or identification information.) In order to enable the inspecting device to identify the test specimen, an appropriate electrode pattern corresponding to an electrode in a specimen connection port of the inspecting device is arranged on one end of the test specimen. During a process of inserting the test specimen from an open end of the specimen connection port to reach a bottom end thereof, a logic change based on the electrode pattern detected by the connection port is utilized to identify the type of the specimen or read the information to be measured. A method for identifying different types of test specimens and a multifunctional test specimen is also provided.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a management system and method for a biostrip. The management method is applicable to a biomedical measurement device to manage at least one biostrip. The management method comprises the following steps: inputting at least one piece of setting data of the biostrip; generating a count reference value based on the time of the inputted setting data, data content or combinations thereof; monitoring the expiration date of the biostrip corresponding to the count of the count reference value, and it further comprises displaying the current date, the expiration date of the biostrip, the amount of strips, the first opening date or combinations thereof. When the expiration date of the biostrip has passed, a user is then reminded to avoid using the expired biostrip.
