    Abstract: A slurry recycling apparatus having a first filter, a dirty side storage tank, slurry pump, second filter, clean side storage tank and slurry outlet, in which used slurry from an edge notch polishing apparatus is delivered to the first screen filter, transported to the dirty side slurry storage tank, pumped from the dirty side slurry storage tank through a second filter that filters out small particulate matter from the slurry and allows the slurry to pass to the clean side slurry storage tank, and finally to the edge notch polishing apparatus as needed. Slurry which is not immediately taken from the clean side slurry storage tank is continuously recycled through the second filter by overflowing from the clean side to the dirty side slurry storage tank where it is there pumped through the second filter back into the clean side slurry storage tank.

    Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for use in adjusting a substrate centering system to center a substrate on a rotatable chuck in a semiconductor processing machine, the chuck including at least one reference point.     Abstract: A two-component deck flashing system and method for installing the same. The system utilizes “L” flashing strips with attached cleats utilizing clinch lock joints to alleviate the need for fasteners which might otherwise penetrate and easily damage waterproof sheeting materials. A cover plate is attached to the cleats to define the outside edge of the topping surface. This two component system is designed for installation at wall-to-deck junctures by incorporating a form of a wall “saddle” flashing having one or more wall plates with attached “L” flashing extension with cleats and cover plate extensions. All components are integrated with and overlapping adjacently installed components to provide a flush, easily sealed and maintained, top surface. This two-component deck flashing system can be installed more easily and effectively in the field than prior art systems.

    Abstract: A motorcycle having a fork lock includes a cover which is adapted to be manually moved between a cover position where the cover overlies the fork lock and an uncovered position where the fork lock is exposed to allow a key to be inserted into the fork lock. The cover has a pivot member pivotally connecting the cover to the motorcycle to enable the cover to be rotated with respect to the fork lock to expose the fork lock so that the key may be inserted into the fork lock. A detent member maintains the relative position of the cover to the motorcycle so that the cover overlies the fork lock to cover the fork lock until a turning force is applied to the cover to move the cover between the cover position and the uncovered position.

    Abstract: A motorcycle having a fork lock includes a cover which is adapted to be manually moved between a cover position where the cover overlies the fork lock and an uncovered position where the fork lock is exposed to allow a key to be inserted into the fork lock. The fork lock is attached to a mounting member carried between a pair of handle bars for the motorcycle. This mounting member includes a raised platform of a predetermined configuration in which the fork lock is seated. The cover includes a cover plate and a base plate, and the base plate has an underside to which is secured a double sided adhesive member. A first side of the adhesive member is bonded to the underside of the base plate and the second side of the adhesive member having an adhesive surface. The base plate includes a recess portion having a configuration substantially the same as the predetermined configuration of the raised platform, so that the base plate fits snugly over the platform and the planar surface contacts the second side of the adhesive member to bond this second side to the planar surface.
