    摘要: A multiple fiber spinning apparatus and a method of controlling the same. The apparatus includes an extruding unit, a spin block unit and a spinning nozzle unit. The extruding unit includes extruders that melt, extrude and transfer polymer materials. The spin block unit includes a gear pump unit which has gear pumps connected to each of the extruders. The gear pumps receive the polymer materials from the corresponding extruders and discharge the polymer materials. The spin block unit further includes a flow passage unit which has flow passages connected to the respective gear pumps. The spinning nozzle unit includes spinning nozzles, each of which is connected to one of the gear pumps of each extruder by the corresponding flow passage, so that each spinning nozzle receives the molten polymer materials and spins the polymer materials into a fiber.

    摘要: A reaction cassette for a glycated hemoglobin meter and a measuring method thereof are provided. The reaction cassette for the glycated hemoglobin meter includes: a first zone receiving a first reagent and a blood sample; a second zone receiving a second reagent; a reaction zone in which the blood sample reacts with the first reagent, or through which the second reagent passes to react with a first blood sample mixture obtained by reacting the blood sample with the first reagent; and a measurement zone measuring an amount of total hemoglobin in the first blood sample mixture, or measuring an amount of glycated hemoglobin in a second blood sample mixture obtained by reacting the first blood sample mixture with the second reagent, wherein the blood sample, the first reagent, and the second reagent move between the reaction zone and the measurement zone according to a rotation angle of the reaction cassette when the reaction cassette is rotated. Therefore, since the reaction cassette rotates automatically, it is possible to measure the amount of glycated hemoglobin in a blood sample through simple manipulation and reduce a manufacturing time. Furthermore, since reagents are supplied to the reaction cassette from a separate reagent pack, it is possible to resolve storage and distribution problems of the reaction cassette, which occur when reagents are stored in the reaction cassette.

    摘要: A biosensor, for use in measurement of an analyte, includes a microporous membrane support, a first electrode system, a second electrode system, and a pair of insulating films. The first electrode system is formed on the surface of the microporous membrane support and the second electrode system is formed on the opposite surface of the microporous membrane support. The biosensor enables a rapid, simple, separation-free, and selective detection of the analytes. The biosensor does not require any bulky additional electrode, so that miniaturization, point-of-car testing, and disposability can be achieved.

    摘要: A reaction cassette for a glycated hemoglobin meter and a measuring method thereof are provided. The reaction cassette for the glycated hemoglobin meter includes: a first zone receiving a first reagent and a blood sample; a second zone receiving a second reagent; a reaction zone in which the blood sample reacts with the first reagent, or through which the second reagent passes to react with a first blood sample mixture obtained by reacting the blood sample with the first reagent; and a measurement zone measuring an amount of total hemoglobin in the first blood sample mixture, or measuring an amount of glycated hemoglobin in a second blood sample mixture obtained by reacting the first blood sample mixture with the second reagent, wherein the blood sample, the first reagent, and the second reagent move between the reaction zone and the measurement zone according to a rotation angle of the reaction cassette when the reaction cassette is rotated. Therefore, since the reaction cassette rotates automatically, it is possible to measure the amount of glycated hemoglobin in a blood sample through simple manipulation and reduce a manufacturing time. Furthermore, since reagents are supplied to the reaction cassette from a separate reagent pack, it is possible to resolve storage and distribution problems of the reaction cassette, which occur when reagents are stored in the reaction cassette.
