The substrate and the high-voltage well have a first conductive type, and the deep well and the doped region have a second conductive type different from the first conductive type. The substrate has a high-voltage region and a low-voltage region, and the deep well is disposed in the substrate in the high-voltage region. The high-voltage well is disposed in the substrate between the high-voltage region and the low-voltage region, and the doped region is disposed in the high-voltage well. The doped region and the high-voltage well are electrically connected to a ground.

摘要： A water-cooling fan with humidifying effect includes a main body, a cloth curtain and a filter. The main body has a fan, an air outlet formed at its front, an air inlet formed at its rear, a plugging groove positioned respectively at two sides of the air inlet, a water tank, a pump and a sink. The circumference of the air inlet is attached with a Velcro band corresponding to a Velcro band fixed around the circumference of the cloth curtain. The water tank has an opening for the cloth curtain to extend into it, a water-exiting tube connected with the pump, and at least one heater fixed in its bottom. The sink has a plurality of water-dropping holes in its bottom and a water-entering tube for being connected with the pump. Such a fan can be used as a water-cooling fan or used to increase indoor humidity if necessary.

In roasting, air with oil smoke is transferred into the fan chamber from the wind returning holes and is then filtered by the filter; and then air is transferred into the receiving chamber.

The turbine fan has a wind passage, a sloped guide surface, and two wind inlets in two sides. The housing has grid inlets facing the wind inlets of the turbine fan and a curved surface. The guide plate is fixed on the curved surface of the housing. The front cover has grid outlets and adjust leaves. When the turbine fan operates, air is sucked in through the grid inlets of the housing, the wind inlets and out of the wind outlets, guided by the sloped guide surface, the curved surface of the housing, blown out of the grid outlets of the front cover in changeable directions.

摘要： The cutter stand of a mixer includes a set of blades and a blade holder installed at the bottom of the bowl of a mixer. The set of blades has a vertical shaft extending downward and the blade holder is fitted on the shaft, with a clutch installed under the blade base and threadably assembled with the shaft. The blade holder is composed of a bearing base, a copper alloy bush, a bearing sleeve, two heat-insulating and waterproof washers and a waterproof gasket. The shaft is inserted through the bearing sleeve, the copper alloy bush and the bearing base and then threadably assembled with the clutch connected with a motor which will drive the shaft to rotate and actuate the set of blades to rotate and beat fruit into juice. Thus the cutter stand of a mixer is assembled quickly, having effects of heat insulation, shock absorption and noise abatement.
