    摘要: A heat exchanger includes a shell, a refrigerant distribution assembly and a heat transferring unit. The refrigerant distribution assembly includes a first tray part and second tray parts. The first tray part continuously extends generally parallel to the longitudinal center axis of the shell to receive a refrigerant that enters the shell. The second tray parts are disposed below the first tray part to receive the refrigerant discharged from first discharge apertures such that the refrigerant accumulated in the second tray parts does not communicate between the second tray parts. The second tray parts are aligned along a direction generally parallel to the longitudinal center axis of the shell. The heat transferring unit is disposed below the second tray parts so that the refrigerant discharged from second discharge apertures of the second tray parts is supplied to the heat transferring unit.

Each flat refrigerant pipe has a plurality of refrigerant passageway holes. The flat water pipe has at least one water passageway hole. The number of water passageway holes is fewer than the number of refrigerant passageway holes of the flat refrigerant pipes. Long side surfaces of the flat water pipe and a long side surface of each of the pair of flat refrigerant pipes are in tight contact with each other as viewed in cross section. The flat water pipe is interposed by the pair of flat refrigerant pipes.

The heat transfer tubes has at least one of: an arrangement in which a vertical pitch between adjacent ones of the heat transfer tubes in at least one of the columns is larger in an upper region of the tube bundle than in a lower region of the tube bundle; and an arrangement in which a horizontal pitch between adjacent ones of the columns is larger in an outer region of the tube bundle than in an inner region of the tube bundle.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a hot water corrugated heat transfer tube that exchanges heat between its interior and exterior. A plurality of projections, each whose height (H1) is in the range of 0.5 mm-1.5 mm, is provided in at least one part of the inner surface of a portion positioned in a section of a corrugated heat transfer tube, where the Reynolds number (Re) of the fluid flowing in the interior of the tube is less than 7,000. The height H1 of the projections is in the range of 0.05-0.15 times the inner diameter D or the height H1 of the projections is in the range of 1-3 times the depth (Hm) of the corrugated grooves. As a result, with a simple structure, the heat transfer performance in the low Reynolds number zone is improved, and the pressure loss inside the tube is small.

The shell has a longitudinal center axis extending generally parallel to a horizontal plane. The distributing part is configured and arranged to distribute a refrigerant. The tube bundle includes a plurality of heat transfer tubes disposed below the distributing part so that the refrigerant discharged from the distributor is supplied onto the tube bundle. The heat transfer tubes extend generally parallel to the longitudinal center axis. The trough part extends generally parallel to the longitudinal center axis under at least one of the heat transfer tubes to accumulate the refrigerant therein. The trough part at least partially overlaps with the at least one of the heat transfer tubes when viewed along a horizontal direction perpendicular to the longitudinal center axis.
