摘要: Provided are an oil condition determination system and an oil condition determination method that are capable of continuously determining the oil condition when oil is partially replaced or oil is added. An oil condition determination system includes a measurement unit and a determination unit. The measurement unit periodically measures a resistance value of oil. The determination unit periodically determines a condition of the oil based on the resistance value, stores a local maximum value of the resistance value, determines that the condition of the oil has changed when a difference between the local maximum value and the resistance value becomes greater than or equal to a first threshold value, and initializes the local maximum value and updates the first threshold value when the amount of change in the resistance value per unit time becomes greater than or equal to a second threshold value.

摘要: A resin joint includes a joint body having a flow path, sleeves, and union nuts that fix tubes to the joint body. The joint body has a body portion with a curved inner peripheral surface and a straight portion protruding from an end portion of the body portion. The straight portion has outer and inner cylindrical portions radially arranged inside the outer cylindrical portion. An end portion of the inner cylindrical portion is positioned closer to the body portion than is an end portion of the outer cylindrical portion. A groove portion extending parallel with the outer and inner cylindrical portions in an axial direction is formed between an inner peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical portion and an outer peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical portion. The tube is fixed to the joint body such that a press-fit portion of the sleeve is press-fitted in the groove portion.

摘要: Provided is a floating ring type mechanical seal in which a floating ring is pinched and held between a rotary ring provided in a rotary shaft and a stationary ring provided in a seal casing to be movable in an axial direction while being urged toward the rotary ring so that a relative rotation of the floating ring with respect to the stationary ring is inhibited. The rotary ring is made of a sintered compact of SiC or cemented carbide. A diamond film is formed on a sealing surface sliding on the floating ring in the rotary ring. A diamond film continuous to the diamond film of the sealing surface is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the rotary ring and a rear surface, which is a surface opposite to the sealing surface, in the rotary ring.
