摘要: A resin-made pipe joint enhancing sealing property between a joint body and a sleeve. The joint body and the sleeve are produced by using a fluorine resin. A sealing portion which seals between the inner circumferential surface of an inserting portion of the sleeve and the outer circumferential surface of the inner cylinder portion is formed by press-inserting the inserting portion into a groove portion of the joint body. When, with respect to the inserting and groove portions, an insertion rate of the inserting portion to the groove portion is indicated by X, and a multiplying factor of the radial width of the inserting portion to the radial width of the groove portion is indicated by Y, the resin-made pipe joint has the insertion rate and multiplying factor which are within a range defined by following Expressions (1) and (2): Y=−0.218X+1.218 (1) and Y=−0.67X+1.67. 摘要: A bellows pump device includes first and second bellows mounted on a pump head so as to be expandable/contractible independently of each other and configured to suck a fluid from a suction passage thereinto by expansion thereof and discharge the fluid therefrom to a discharge passage by contraction thereof. First and second air cylinder portions are configured to respectively cause the first and second bellows to perform expansion/contraction operation. First and second detection devices are configured to detect expanded/contracted states of the first and second bellows, respectively. A control unit is configured to control drive of the first and second air cylinder portions on the basis of each of detection signals of the first and second detection devices such that, before one bellows comes into a most contracted state, the other bellows is caused to contract from a most expanded state.

The housing includes an inner wall facing the fluid channel, and a flexible, membranous portion placed continuously next to the inner wall to face the fluid channel. The pressure gauge is attached to the housing such that the membranous portion is sandwiched between the pressure receiving portion and the fluid channel.

摘要: A resin-made pipe joint with enhanced sealing property between a joint body and sleeve. A sealing portion which seals between an inner circumferential surface of an inserting portion of a sleeve and an outer circumferential surface of an inner cylinder portion is formed by press-inserting an inserting portion into a groove portion of the joint body. When the inserting portion is press-inserted into the groove portion, a space is formed between a body cylinder portion located opposite to an opening portion of the groove portion in the axial direction, and the projection end of the inserting portion. After completing press insertion of the inserting portion into the groove portion, in a section including axis of the inner cylinder portion, a region in the outer circumferential surface of the inner cylinder portion facing the space forms an angle of 5° to 15° to the axis of the inner cylinder portion.

摘要: A rolling diaphragm pump that can inhibit an increase in cost with a simple configuration is provided. A rolling diaphragm pump 1 includes: a housing 2; a piston 3 disposed so as to be slidable relative to an inner peripheral surface of the housing 2 and reciprocatable in an axial direction; a rolling diaphragm 4 having a movable portion 41 disposed at one end portion in the axial direction of the piston 3 and reciprocatable together with the piston 3, a fixed portion 42 fixed to the housing 2, and a flexible connecting portion 43 connecting the movable portion 41 and the fixed portion 42 to each other; a pump chamber 5 defined by the rolling diaphragm 4 at one side in the axial direction within the housing 2 and into and from which a transport fluid is sucked and discharged by changing a volume of an interior of the pump chamber 5 by deformation of the connecting portion 43 due to reciprocation of the piston 3; and a working fluid chamber 6 defined by another end portion in the axial direction of the piston 3 at another side in the axial direction within the housing 2 and into and from which a working fluid is supplied and discharged, thereby causing the piston 3 to reciprocate.
