    摘要: A display apparatus includes: a pixel array including pixel circuits arranged in a matrix form, in which each pixel circuit has a light-emitting device, a drive transistor applying a current corresponding to a gate-source voltage to the light-emitting device, a sampling transistor inputting a voltage supplied from a signal line to a gate of the drive transistor, and a storage capacitor connected between the gate and source of the drive transistor so as to store a threshold voltage of the drive transistor and an input video signal voltage; a signal selector that supplies a reference voltage and the video signal voltage to signal lines arranged in columns on the pixel array in horizontal periods corresponding to the number of horizontal lines in one unit when the horizontal lines of the respective pixel circuits of the pixel array are grouped as one unit; and a scanner that applies a pulse to control lines arranged in rows on the pixel array so as to control the sampling transistor of the pixel circuit.

    摘要: A display device includes a display unit, a horizontal drive circuit, and a vertical drive circuit, the display unit including pixels in a matrix formation, as well as respective signal lines and scan lines via which the drive circuits drive the pixels. Each pixel includes a light-emitting element, a hold capacitor, a write transistor, and a drive transistor. Mobility fluctuations in the drive transistor are compensated for by successively setting the voltage of the signal line to an intermediate voltage and to a tone voltage. In addition, the intermediate voltage is varied in accordance with the tone voltage as well as with the distance from the input terminal of a write signal to a respective pixel. The device thereby compensates for mobility fluctuations in the drive transistor and prevents shading due to irregularities in the waveform of the write signal.

    摘要: A display device includes: a display unit including first and second lines, light emitting elements and pixel circuits; a first drive unit sequentially applying a selection pulse to the first lines; and a second drive unit applying a signal pulse including first to third voltages to each of the second lines. Each of the pixel circuits includes a first transistor sampling the signal pulse, and a second transistor driving one of the light emitting elements. The first drive unit applies the selection pulse when the first voltage is being applied by the second drive unit, before a correction of a threshold voltage of the second transistor is initiated and within a period that the one of the light emitting elements is being turned out, and the first drive unit applies the selection pulse when the second voltage is being applied by the second drive unit.

A threshold correction of setting a gate-source voltage of the transistor to a threshold voltage of the transistor and an input of the video signal voltage from the signal line to between the gate and the source of the transistor are controlled by the scan pulse of the row of the pixel circuit and the scan pulse of the previous row of the pixel circuit.
