    摘要: In a power supply circuit, a first switching transistor and a second switching transistor are serially connected between another-side terminal GND and a one-side terminal VCC of an input power supply, and a third switching transistor and a fourth switching transistor are serially connected between the one-side terminal VCC of the input power supply and a boosted output terminal OUT. A shift capacitor is provided between a connection point of the first and second switching transistors and a connection point of the third and fourth switching transistors, and a holding capacitor is connected to the boosted output terminal OUT. A back gate switching circuit for switching a voltage to be applied to the back gate is provided for the third switching transistor.

    摘要: To an output of an NMOS having one end connected to a power source, a capacitor and a PMOS are connected. A capacitor is connected to the output of the PMOS. The NMOS and the PMOS are turned on alternately. A pulse is applied to other end of the capacitor which is connected to the output of the NMOS, to shift the output of the NMOS for boosting. Then, a back gate of the NMOS is connected, via a PMOS in an on state, to the power source. With this structure, the PMOS provides a resistor component when the output terminal short-circuits.

    摘要: A boosting circuit unit supplies a boosting voltage to one terminal of a backlight. A boosting comparator compares a voltage applied to the other terminal of the backlight with a predetermined reference voltage value, and outputs a comparison result as a feedback signal reflecting the boosting voltage to the boosting circuit unit. An LED driver unit is connected to the other terminal of the backlight and supplies drive current to the backlight. An acquisition unit acquires a PWM signal, which is generated based on the content of a video signal and can be used to change the luminance of the backlight. An LPF unit outputs a time-averaged signal of the acquired PWM signal as a control signal to be supplied to the LED driver unit.
