    Abstract: Systems and methods for managing priority exceptions for shared spectrum radio services are provided. In one embodiment, a shared spectrum radio services system comprises: a spectrum access system (SAS) configured to adjust transmit power levels of one or more radios, wherein the one or more radios transmit on a protected frequency of a shared spectrum, wherein the SAS is associated with a protection area that comprises at least one dynamic incumbent RF system that transmits on the protected frequency; and wherein the SAS applies a standard transmit expiration time parameter to the one or more radios, the standard transmit expiration time parameter indicating a time of day at which authorization to transmit on the protected frequency expires; and wherein the SAS is configured to execute a transmit expiration parameter exception protocol to override the standard transmit expiration time parameter for at least one of the one or more radios.

    Abstract: An antenna-radio module for a cellular base station includes: an antenna having a cylindrical outer surface and a lower surface, wherein a plurality of antenna communications ports are present in the lower surface; and a plurality of radio sectors, each of the radio sectors having an outer surface and an upper surface, wherein at least one radio communications port is present on the upper surface. The plurality of radio sectors are arranged to form an annulus. Each of the radio communications ports is mated in a blind-mate configuration to a respective one of the antenna communications ports. The module further includes an elongate member inserted through the annulus, the radio sectors and the antenna being mounted to the elongate member.

    Abstract: The present disclosure describes an antenna mount. The antenna mount includes a clamp section including one or more clamping members, the one or more clamping members configured to engage a mounting structure, at least one adjustable plate pivotably coupled to at least one of the one or more clamping members, and an azimuth adjustment mechanism coupled to the at least one of the clamping members and the at least one adjustable plate. Through rotation of the azimuth adjustment mechanism, the at least one adjustable plate is configured to linearly move relative to the one or more clamping members to adjust an azimuth alignment of an antenna coupled thereto. Related antenna assemblies are also described herein.

    Abstract: The utility model relates to a shield, which is used to wrap at least a part of a cable connector. The shield has a hollow shield body made of elastic material. The shield body surrounds a through-hole for receiving the cable connector and is provided with: multiple circumferential ribs, which are spaced apart from each other in the axial direction and protrude outward in the radial direction; and at least one axial rib, which protrudes outward in the radial direction. The shield of the present utility model can reduce the risk of collapse in the axial direction during the process of installing the shield onto the cable's cable connection portion, thereby improving the installation efficiency. Additionally, the shield according to the present utility model allows for a smaller wall thickness, which helps to reduce manufacturing costs. The present utility model also relates to a connector assembly including the above-mentioned shield.

    Abstract: An antenna assembly includes a backplane and a polymer substrate mounted over the backplane to define an air gap there-between. The polymer substrate supports radiating elements comprising a polymer-based waveguide feed stalk and a polymer-based pair of radiating arms supported by and electrically coupled to the waveguide feed stalk. A conductive layer is formed on the polymer substrate such that the conductive layer faces the backplane. A phase shifter including a movable element such as a dielectric member or trombone member may be positioned in the air gap for adjusting the phase of a radiating element or a phase shifter assembly may be positioned to the back side of the back plane.
