    摘要: A method for transmitting information from a radio base station node to a first mobile station and a second mobile station is disclosed herein. The first and second mobile stations are paired on and share a same carrier frequency, TDMA frame, and time slot in a wireless communication system. Further, the first and second mobile stations are allocated on a first and second VAMOS sub-channel, respectively. The method includes transmitting a GMSK modulated SACCH burst of a SACCH block in a predetermined time slot and TDMA frame on one of the first and second VAMOS sub-channel. The method further includes simultaneously muting the other of the first and second VAMOS sub-channels in the predetermined time slot and TDMA frame.

    摘要: Methods and arrangements are provided where signaling of the modulation type by means of rotation of the training sequence is provided. For each modulation type, a set of rotation angles is chosen. These sets have no element in common. New training sequences are generated by rotating one original training sequence. The rotation angle that minimizes the PAPR of the transmit signal can be chosen. At the receiver side, knowing the original training sequence, the receiver estimates blindly the rotation angle among the known possible rotation angles. The estimated rotation angle in the receiver maps to a unique modulation type.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a submersible pump and a submersible pump system for pumping liquid to a marine structure, the pump being adapted to be located in a tube. The pump comprises an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion is adapted to be connected to means for suspending the pump in the tube. The pump has a vertical direction extending from the lower portion to the upper portion. The pump further comprises an inlet for allowing the liquid into the pump and an outlet for allowing the liquid out of the pump. The pump further comprises a sealing means located downstream of the inlet and the outlet in the vertical direction, the sealing means being adapted to seal against an inner surface of the tube. The invention further relates to an arrangement for hydraulic drive of the submersible pump and to a semi-submersible unit comprising the submersible pump system.

    摘要: A sea water system comprises, an inlet conduit assembly, a ballast tank and an overflow arrangement arranged in fluid communication with the inlet conduit assembly. The inlet conduit assembly provides a fluid communication between ambient environment and the ballast tank. A first pump assembly is arranged in the inlet conduit assembly for pumping sea water through at least a first conduit portion towards the ballast tank. A second pump assembly is arranged in fluid communication with the ballast tank and is arranged for pumping sea water from the ballast tank through an outlet conduit assembly arranged after the second pump assembly. The second pump assembly and the outlet conduit assembly are separate from the inlet conduit assembly. The sea water system may be arranged on a floating vessel.

    摘要: Methods and devices for transmitting a burst of signals in a cellular radio system supporting data transmission using EGPRS/EGPRS2 are provided. The transmission involves providing additional symbols in the EGPRS/EGPRS2 burst thereby forming a long burst and pulse shaping the long burst to form a long baseband signal whose duration exceeds the duration of one EGPRS/EGPRS2 time slot. The long baseband signal is then shortened to a shortened burst having the duration of an EGPRS/EGPRS2 time slot wherein the shortened burst fulfills the same spectrum mask requirement as the EGPRS/EGPRS2 burst, which can be transmitted.
