    摘要: A printing pad machine that can print a 360 degree image on a cylindrical object. That objective is achieved by modifying a conventional printing pad machine. The modifications include using a single angled print pad having a contact wall having a first height, a lower wall having a second height that is less than the first height, an angled surface interconnecting the contact wall's distal end and the lower wall's distal end, and a base wall interconnecting the contact wall's proximal end and the lower wall's proximal end and connectable to a base. Another modification includes a flexion-extension hinge positioned between the support member and the base or the support member and the overhead gantry and controlled by the adjustable and moveable actuator system and power source. That objective can be accomplished with the conventional printing pad machine using the single angled print pad.

    摘要: Integral weld plates that are cast into individual concrete wall sections for attaching the sections together. The weld plate is a steel channel having two opposing flanges between a web and four reinforcing bars welded on the inward, opposing faces of the flanges. Two of the reinforcing bars are orthogonal to the web and the other two are inclined at approximately 45* with respect to the web. The free ends of the reinforcing bars are deformed in order to lock the channel into the concrete. On each vertical concrete wall, four weld plates are embedded at the remote ends of the two horizontal margins. After two concrete walls are vertically erected together, a connecting plate is welded between the adjacent webs of the upper two weld plates of the two abutting concrete walls. The lower two weld plates are welded to a steel foundation plate embedded in a concrete footing.

    摘要: A textured mold for vertically casting concrete wall slabs. The mold has one mobile vertical form wall mounted on a supporting carriage which runs along a track and a stationary vertical form wall rigidly anchored to a concrete foundation. Each form wall has a textured mold liner permitting various patterns to be impressed upon the surface of the concrete slabs. The carriage of the mobile form permits the mobile form to be removably connected to the stationary form. This concrete mold permits vertically casting concrete wall slabs with textured surfaces formed into the wet concrete.
