    摘要: Systems and methods may be provided for wirelessly monitoring physiological vital signs. The systems and methods may include transmitting, from a local replication system via a wireless communications link, one or more stimulus signals to a remote signal acquisition subsystem that may be in communication with at least one remote sensor, where, responsive to the one or more stimulus signals, the at least one remote sensor is operable to generate one or more interrogation signals applied to a physiological system under test, where the at least one remote sensor may detect one or more response signal, where the one or more response signals may include a detected physiological system response to the one or more interrogation signals. The systems and methods may further include receiving, at the local replication system via the wireless communication link, the one or more response signals detected by the at least one remote sensor and transmitted from the remote signal acquisition subsystem, and where the one or more received response signals may be utilized as part of a feedback loop for controlling any subsequently transmitted stimulus signals.

    摘要: A wireless system uses a direct UHF radio frequency (RF) signal to control electric trains and train accessories. A controller, such as a handheld unit used by the toy train operator, accepts control commands and transmits encoded control data over a high frequency radio link directly to a receiver, on the toy train or train accessory, which decodes the commands and controls the toy train or toy train accessory functions with either unidirectional or bidirectional communication between the controller and the model train or train accessory. One controller has the ability to control many trains and other model train layout components such as signals and track switches even while other train operators are operating their trains on the same electric train track layout.

    摘要: A method of classifying cells based upon their morphology includes a method of classifying objects in a cytological specimen, including the steps of obtaining a first image of at least part of a cytological specimen, classifying objects in the first image on the basis of a predetermined criteria, obtaining a second image of at least one of the objects most likely to have a predetermined criteria, and displaying at least part of the second image to produce a visual display of at least one of the objects most likely to have a predetermined criteria. The method of classifying objects in a specimen includes the steps of obtaining a first digital representation of at least part of the cytological specimen, storing the first digital representation, performing a first filtering operation to filter out images in the first representation that are the approximate size of a malignant or premalignant cell or smaller to produce a second digital representation, removing the images in the second representation from the images in the first representation to produce a third representation, performing a second filtering operation to filter out images in the first representation that are the approximate size of premalignant or malignant cell or larger than the approximate size of a premalignant or malignant cell to produce a fourth representation, and eliminating the images in the fourth representation from the images in the third representation to produce a representation having substantially only images the approximate size of a premalignant or malignant cell.
