Abstract: A gasification reactor for conversion of a feedstock to syngas and biochar. The gasification reactor includes a biomass input configured to receive feedstock, a gasifying medium inlet adjacent to the biomass input and configured to receive a gasifying medium, and a reactor vessel configured to gasify the feedstock with the gasifying medium to generate syngas and biochar. The reactor vessel is disposed downstream of the gasifying medium inlet. The reactor vessel may comprise cement along an inner surface of the reactor vessel. The reactor vessel may further comprise a blower coupled to the gasifying medium inlet to drive the gasifying medium into the reactor vessel. The reactor vessel may further comprise a biomass movement instrument to regulate the flow of the feedstock.

Abstract: The present invention provides, in some embodiments, methods, compositions, systems, and kits comprising nano-satellite complexes comprising: a core nanoparticle complex comprising a biocompatible coating surrounding a nanoparticle core; 3-25 satellite particles attached to, or absorbed to, said biocompatible coating; a plurality of antigenic peptides conjugated to, or absorbed to, said satellite particles; and at least one additional property. In other embodiments, provided herein are nano-satellite complexes comprising: a core nanoparticle complex comprising a biocompatible coating surrounding a nanoparticle core; a plurality of satellite particles attached to, or absorbed to, said biocompatible coating; a plurality of antigenic peptides conjugated to, or absorbed to, said satellite particles; and a plurality of LIGHT (TNFSF14) peptides conjugated to, or absorbed to, said satellite particles. In some embodiments, administration of the nanosatellite complexes to a subject with cancer achieves long-term cancer remission (e.g., when combined with an immune checkpoint inhibitor, such as αPD1).

Abstract: One commonality among most vehicular security attacks reported to date is that they ultimately require write access to the CAN bus. In order to cause targeted and intentional changes in the vehicle behavior, malicious CAN injection attacks require knowledge of the CAN message format. However, since this format is proprietary to OEMs and can differ even among different models of a single make of vehicle, one must manually reverse-engineer the CAN message format of each vehicle they target. To mitigate this difficulty, an automated CAN message translator is presented.

Abstract: An interference removal technique, called Wavelet-Adaptive Interference Cancellation for Underdetermined Platforms (WAIC-UP), is provided to effectively eliminate stray magnetic field signals using multiple magnetometers, without requiring prior knowledge of the spectral content, location, or magnitude of the interference signals. WAIC-UP capitalizes on the distinct spectral properties of various interference signals and employs an analytical method to separate them from ambient magnetic field in the wavelet domain.
