    摘要: A method and device are provided for removing a faulty yarn portion at a work station of an open-end spinning machine after the work station is stopped in a controlled manner, particularly after a defect of the spun yarn is detected by a quality sensor. Prior to a request to connect a suction nozzle of the work station for sucking off of the faulty yarn portion, the value of a vacuum in a central channel of the vacuum system of the open-end spinning machine is determined and evaluated. The suction nozzle is connected to the central vacuum channel only after the current capacity of the vacuum source detected is sufficient, or only after a sufficiently high vacuum is achieved.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for the resumption of the spinning process on an air-jet spinning machine, in which after an interruption in the spinning process has occurred, yarn (5) is guided back to its working path behind a spinning nozzle (4), or the yarn is stopped in a controlled manner in the working path with the end of yarn behind the spinning nozzle, the end of yarn (5) being introduced to the outlet opening (41) of the spinning nozzle (4), whereupon the yarn (5) is transported by a reverse motion by means of the spinning nozzle (4) and a feeding device (3) of sliver (0) as far as to a guide channel (2) before the spinning nozzle (4), where on the yarn (5) in the guide channel (2) a spinning-in end of yarn is formed and the yarn (5) reserve starts to be created in an underpressure yarn storage device (73) in front of the winding device (9) of yarn. Before, simultaneously with or after the formation of the spinning-in end of yarn (5) the winding of the yarn (5) on the bobbin (90) is started, whereupon before the yarn (5) reserve from the underpressure yarn storage device (73) is used up, the yarn starts to be withdrawn (5) by the drawing-off mechanism (6), whereby following the start of the withdrawal of the yarn (5) the yarn is clamped by the rotating feeding device (3) of sliver (0) and the feed of new fibers through the drafting device (1) to the feeding device (3) of sliver (0) is started.

    摘要: A CMOS optical detector includes a plurality of optical elements for a device for detecting parameters of moving yarn or another linear textile formation on textile machines by means of a perpendicular projection of yarn onto individual optical elements of a sensor with the aid of one source of radiation. The optical elements are arranged in two parallel rows perpendicular to the direction of the movement of the projection of yarn. Each optical element produces an output analog signal corresponding to the intensity of its irradiation. The individual optical elements of the first row are oriented to have their longer sides in the direction of the movement of the projection of yarn, whereas the optical elements of the second row are oriented to have their longer sides perpendicular to the direction of the movement of the projection of yarn.

    摘要: A method for preparing of a workstation of an air-jet spinning machine for the resumption of a yarn spinning process after an interruption includes inserting the yarn end into an inlet opening of the spinning nozzle and transporting the yarn in a reverse motion with aid of the spinning nozzle and a fiber feeding device to a guide channel disposed before the spinning nozzle. A spinning-in yarn end is formed on the yarn in the guide channel. A yarn reserve is formed in an underpressure yarn storage device in from of a yarn winding device. The reverse motion of the yarn to the guide channel is performed by reverse motion of a yarn drawing-off mechanism at the workstation. A workstation configured to perform the method is encompassed by the invention as well.

    摘要: A method is provided for resumption of a yarn spinning process on an air-jet spinning machine wherein, after an interruption of yarn spinning has occurred, the yarn is guided back to a working path downstream of a spinning nozzle, or the yarn is stopped in a controlled manner in the working path, with an end of the yarn situated downstream of the spinning nozzle. The yarn end is introduced into an outlet opening of the spinning nozzle, and the yarn is transported in a reverse path with the aid of the spinning nozzle and a sliver feeding device to a guide channel upstream of the spinning nozzle. A spinning-in yarn end is formed on the yarn in the guide channel, and a yarn reserve is formed in an underpressure yarn storage device upstream of a yarn winding device. Winding of the yarn onto a bobbin is started before, simultaneously with, or after the formation of the spinning-in yarn end. Before the yarn reserve from the underpressure storage device is used up by the winding of the yarn, withdrawal of the yarn by a drawing-off device is started. Following the start of the yarn withdrawal, the yarn is clamped by the sliver feeding device and feeding of new fibers through a drafting device to the sliver feeding device is started.

The individual optical elements provide at their outputs an analog signal proportional to the intensity of its irradiation, the value of which is monitored during each measurement cycle. In the first and/or the second row of optical elements of the sensor, for each monitored parameter, individual optical elements of the sensor, are selected constituting an active zone for monitoring a particular parameter. The number of the optical elements in one active zone in one row is lower than the overall number of the optical elements in the corresponding row, and the output analog signal of the individual optical elements of the corresponding active zone is included in the evaluation of the particular parameter.
