摘要: A tensioning mechanism for a band saw includes a tension spring assembly coupled with a sliding tension bracket which is adjustably coupled with an upper arm of the band saw. The sliding tension bracket engages an upper band wheel which couples with a band saw blade. A cam assembly is coupled with the tension spring assembly, the cam assembly imparts a rotational force which is translated into a linear tensioning force by the tension spring assembly upon the band saw blade. A cover assembly is selectively engaged with the cam assembly through use of a biasing assembly. The cover assembly includes an index indicator for identifying an index position and includes a handle which enables a user to selectively engage and rotate the cover assembly. The rotation of the handle in turn rotates the cam assembly applying the rotational force which is translated into the tensioning force.

摘要: Cellular urethane polymers are provided by effecting the reaction of an organic polyol reactant comprising a polyether polyol and an organic polyisocyanate reactant in the presence of a blowing agent and a catalyst system comprising a tertiary-dimethylamino ether mono-ol. In the dimethylamino ether mono-ols employed as catalysts in the practice of the invention, the tertiary-dimethylamino group and the hydroxyl group are positioned beta to a common acyclic ether oxygen atom or to different acyclic ether oxygen atoms which in turn are positioned beta to one another. The said dimethylamino ether mono-ols are versatile, low odor catalysts and are useful in forming cellular urethane polymers ranging from all water-blown flexible polyether foam to all fluorocarbon-blown rigid foam including semi-flexible and high-resilience foam products. Especially preferred for use in the practice of the invention are 2-(2-dimethylaminoethoxy)ethanol and 2-[2-(2-dimethylaminoethoxy)ethoxy]ethanol either as such or in combination with other catalysts including other tertiary-amine components and/or organic compounds of tin. Also provided are blended catalyst systems comprising said dimethylamino ether mono-ols.

摘要: A compiler (or interpreter) detects source language instructions performing arithmetic operations using a fixed point format (preferably packed decimal). Where the operation can be performed without loss of precision or violation of other constraints of the source language, the compiler automatically converts the operands to a floating point format (preferably Decimal Floating Point (DFP)) having hardware support, and re-converts results to the original fixed point format. Preferably, the compiler may combine multiple operations and instructions in an expression tree, analyze the tree, and selectively convert where possible. The compiler preferably performs a heuristic cost judgment in determining whether to use a particular conversion.

摘要: A program feature set is compared to a processor feature set. The comparison may be performed in response to restoring the program onto a system or requesting its execution. The processor feature set represents zero, one or more optional hardware features supported by the processor, whereas the program feature set represents zero, one or more optional hardware features the program relies upon in its generated code. Comparison of the feature sets determines whether a particular program may run on a particular processor. Programs may be automatically or manually rebuilt to achieve full compatibility. If the comparison indicates that the program requires a feature not supported by the processor, the program is rebuilt based on the processor feature set. Alternatively, the program may be rebuilt in response to a rebuild request, rather than the comparison. The program is preferably rebuilt from an intermediate representation (IR) stored with or locatable from the program.

摘要: A method, system, and computer program product for controlling customer resources for Internet protocol (IP) traffic delivery are disclosed. The network utilization of a group of endpoints on a network is tracked to generate group utilization level information corresponding to a current amount of network resource consumption by the group of endpoints. A request for network resources for a data flow for an endpoint in the group is received from a router associated with that endpoint. The request for network resources includes an identifier associated with the endpoint. A determination is made whether to accept the request based on the group utilization level information, the identifier, and a first predetermined profile associated with the group and including a first network utilization limit.
