    摘要: A reactive polyol composition useful in the preparation of high resilient polyurethane foams comprising a polyol and from 0.5% by weight to 5.0% by weight of a reactive diamine represented by the following formula: ##STR1## wherein R is H or alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms and A and A' are NH.sub.2 or H with the provisos that in each ring either A or A' is NH.sub.2, not both and when A or A' is NH.sub.2 then the R attached to that carbon atom is H.

    摘要: The method for improving cell structure with little or no shrinkage or foam collapse in molded high resilience open celled flexible polyurethane foams prepared by the reaction of an organic polyol having a hydroxyl functionality of at least 2 with an organic polyisocyanate in the presence of a blowing agent. This method comprises incorporating with the reactants three cell modifiers consisting of a polysiloxane-polyoxyalkylene copolymer, a polymethylsiloxane, and a polyether polyol cell modifier containing polyoxyethylene groups in amount of at least about 80 percent by weight of said polyether polyol.

    摘要: A reinforced reaction injection molding of polyurethanes is prepared by reacting an organic polyisocyanate, a polyoxyalkylene polyether polyol, a chain extending agent, a catalyst, optionally a blowing agent and glass fibers. The glass fibers form a stabilized dispersion in the polyol by employing as a suspending agent the reaction product of a polyamine and a polyester.

    摘要: There is provided a process for preparing a microcellular foam with improved green strength properties comprising the step of reacting an organic polyisocyanate with polyalkylene ether polyol and from 1 to about 35 parts (by weight, per hundred parts of said polyol) of a chain extender in the presence of from about 0.1 to about 10.0 parts (by weight, per hundred parts of said polyol) of a compound selected from the group consisting of: ##STR1## wherein: (a) said polyol has an average functionality of from about 2 to about 8 and an average equivalent weight of from about 1000 to about 2700, and from about 0.8 to about 1.2 equivalents of said polyol are reacted per equivalent of isocyanate;(b) R is a divalent alkylene radical containing from about 1 to about 4 carbon atoms; and(c) R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, and R.sup.4 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydroxyalkyl containing from about 1 to about 4 carbon atoms and from about 1 to about 2 hydroxyl groups.
