摘要:
The invention relates to a process for catalyzed preparation of amino-functional siloxanes are prepared by a catalyzed process in which organosiloxanes of the general formula (SiO4/2)k(R1SiO3/2)m(R12SiO2/2)p(R13SiO1/2)q[O1/2H] (II) are reacted with cyclic silazanes of the general formula in the presence of Bronsted acids.

The invention relates to a catalyst for preparing organosiloxanes and polyorganosiloxanes which are obtained primarily by polycondensation processes. The catalyst of the invention is a reaction product of phosphonitrilic chloride with a compound of the general formula R.sub.3 SiO(R.sub.2 SiO).sub.m !.sub.3 P.dbd.O (I), where R are, independently of one another, identical or different, unsaturated and/or saturated monovalent hydrocarbon radicals having from 1 to 6 carbon atoms or hydrogen, with the proviso that only one hydrogen atom is bound to each silicon atom and m has a value between 0 and 1000. Volatile chlorine-containing silicon compounds formed during the reaction can, if required, be completely or partially removed.

The present invention relates to a polyorganosiloxane having at least one dialkoxyorganosiloxy group, where the organo radical is a substituted amidoalkyl radical.

The invention relates to alkoxy-crosslinking RTV1 silicone rubber mixtures based on hydroxy-terminated polydiorganosiloxanes containing a trialkoxysilane with a substituted amidoalkyl radical, which can be prepared using conventional mixing technologies. The novel RTV1 silicone rubber mixtures cure rapidly and without tack to give products with good mechanical properties. The shelf-life of the mixtures is excellent. One particular advantage of this invention is that it is also possible to create systems in which crosslinking produces only elimination products which are completely free from toxic methanol.

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a polyorganosiloxane, that contains mono- and tetrafunctional units, by hydrolysis and condensation of mixtures of alkyl silicates and alkylsilanes and/or their hydrolyzates and compounds containing SiCl groups.
