Abstract:
Disclosed are a device and a method for manufacturing a vehicle sheet using a moisture-curing polyurethane hot melt. The device includes a first coating unit coating a supplied material with a first adhesive, a first pressing roller pressing a polyurethane foam which is supplied to the material coated with the first adhesive, a second coating unit coating a backing cloth, which is supplied while being spread using a screw roller, with a second adhesive, and a second pressing roller pressing the backing cloth coated with the second adhesive or a non-woven fabric on the pressed polyurethane foam, thus manufacturing the vehicle sheet.
Abstract:
A composition for a car interior trim including: a polyurethane sponge layer for a car interior trim; and a water-soluble resin layer formed on the polyurethane sponge layer and comprising 20 to 50 parts by weight of a phosphorus-based flame retardant and 1 to 5 parts by weight of a thickener, based on 100 parts by weight of a coating agent blend of one or two more of a water-dispersed polyurethane or an aqueous acrylic resin.
Abstract:
Proposed are a laminating apparatus and a method for manufacturing a vehicle seat. The laminating apparatus includes a first lamination part (100); a second lamination part (200); and a drying part (300), wherein the first lamination part (100) includes: a polyurethane foam feeding roll (110); a first bonding part (120); a fabric feeding roll (130) mounted on a side of the first lamination part (100); and a first pressing part (140), the second lamination part (200) includes: a second application part (210); a backing cloth feeding roll (220); and a second pressing part (230), and the drying part (300) includes: a feed part (310); and a chamber part (320).

Abstract:
Provided are a vehicle seat for preventing formation of wrinkles and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly, a vehicle seat for preventing formation of wrinkles, whereby a backing cloth between a first foam layer and a second foam layer is bonded using a double flame lamination method so that the first foam layer is freely moved and simultaneously wrinkles can be prevented from being formed on a surface of the vehicle seat, and a method of manufacturing the same.

Abstract:
Provided is a laminating apparatus including: a conveyor belt where a plurality of first through holes are formed; an interleaving paper supply unit including an interleaving paper supply roller for supplying an interleaving paper and an interleaving paper recovery roller for recovering the interleaving paper, and disposing the interleaving paper on the conveyor belt; an suction unit taking air in through the plurality of first through holes; and a sponge supply unit supplying a sponge to an operation target on the conveyor belt, wherein a laminating operation target is disposed on the interleaving paper. Accordingly, laminating may be performed on a material having an irregular area and an irregular shape, such as a genuine leather, and a sponge may be prevented from adhering to a laminating roller during a laminating operation.
